 We been to fox hag farm camping, a lovely place to camp
Have been here two time
Carol and family are lovely
So high up views are beautiful

Good location to visit Sheffield, buses available from Manchester road or Redmires road (up the hill!)
Good value site all usual facilities some a bit dated, although works fine, friendly helpful owner.
Access is best from Manchester road as the blind hairpin on the hill proved a problem with traction!.

Spacious plot. Carol was very attentive to need.
A friendly site with amazing views. Dog friendly with lots of walks near to the site.
Showers were hot.
This is the second time I’ve stayed and will gladly be staying again.

Lady at farmhouse was friendly and helpful.
We parked in the grass field with an electric hook-up. The field was slightly sloping so needed ramps.
The toilet block, though old, was kept clean.
The first night was quiet however next night got busier with a large group of campers and the last night even busier with an Edinburgh awards group. Both groups were well behaved and quiet however the numbers did put a strain on resources.
The location is ideal for access to the Peaks and Sheffield - the walk along the Rivelin Valley to Sheffield was wonderful.
Good value for money.

Really liked this camp site and will definitely use again when visiting my son who is a student in Sheffield.
Nothing fancy but good, clean, basic facilities.
Small and quiet, great location.
Very friendly and helpful owners.

Nice little site and reasonably priced. 15 mins walk to a bus into the city.
You can see the city but it's in a rural setting just down from Snake Pass.
Facilities ok. Nice views.

A really chilled, relaxing site for camping, caravan or Motorhome.
The fine/dry weather helped but so near to Sheffield yet so far away. Ideal for walking or cycling.
No frills but really would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area. Lovely.

Fantastic value for money! Used as a stopover on a mountain biking trip. Great location,
Hot & high pressure showers, very friendly & relaxed.
Couldn’t really of asked for more for £6 per night!

I used the site to work on the edge of the City centre for the weekend (hospitals)
Good access to the city.
Great views, clean site and I will be using it again, for work and pleasure.
I never score 10 out of 10 in a review, by the way.
