Beautiful location with stunning sea views. Only a 10 minute walk round the cliff to the harbour where the boat sails for Skomer.

Clean facilities, spacious pitches.

I didn’t find the hosts particularly friendly or welcoming I’m afraid, maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Make sure you are fully stocked up, there are no shops for a fair distance around - I think you could walk to the pub in about half an hour though.

Excellent site with plenty of space between pitches. Especiaslly useful for backpackers walking the coast path for two reasons :-

1) No need to book in advance for backpackers.

2) The barn can be used which is a large dry covered room with benches, chairs, a place to cook, washing up facilities.

This is a major plus in the event of poor weather.

We have just a small backpacker tent and were given a pitch that was well protected since if its windy some pitches can be exposed.

People staying on site were very friendly and a couple with a van made us a cup of tea on arrival.

Location is perfect with direct access to the coast path.

There is no shop so need to bring own food,

Stayed at this site whilst walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Lovely and clean facilities, and perfect for camping.

The grass was well manicured, and although it was fairly busy, it was a very peaceful site.

Lovely clean shower block too.

Back from aperfect stay at Hook farm, and a day visit to Skomer.

The site is large with huge pitches amazing sea views, and sunsets.

The site slopes towards the sea so some chocks are handy if you are in a van.

Clean facilities unisex loos, and coin showers.

Very good site, lots of rain before I arrived and no chance of getting stuck! Great views, facilities good and clean.

A gate takes you directly onto the Pembrokeshire Coastal path.

This is a brilliant low density site with an amazing view towards Skomer and the Irish sea. Robert and Karre were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - e. G. Finding an alternative pitch in strong winds.

We'll definitely try to go again - it was well worth the long drive.

The location is excellent as the coast path goes past the site and Marloes, with shop, cafe and pub is only two miles away. Musselwick (at low tide only) and Marloes beaches are both excellent and are only a couple of miles away.

Spent a few nights here several years ago and decided to make a well overdue return. So glad we did. Fabulous site, beautifully set / maintained on a couple of gently sloping fields with magnificent views over St. Bride's Bay.

Large pitches restricted to the field perimeters giving a sense of space and privacy, and offering uninterrupted views out over the bay towards St David's and Ramsey Island in the distance.

Even closer to Martin's Haven - embarkation point for the beautiful Skomer Island which can be visited for a memorable day's trip. Site connects directly onto the very beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which also affords good walking /wildlife spotting opportunities.

The huge pod of dolphins that swam by approx 100 yards from the shore/bottom end of the site on our final day was a definite highlight.

Toilets/showers immaculately maintained though somewhat limited in number, but that said, we stayed over a busy Bank Holiday weekend and didn't suffer any undue problems. Owners Robert and Karre super friendly and always had time for a chat.

Will definitely not leave it so long before our next visit. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect if you want to go to the islands as you can leave your vehicle on site and walk down to martins haven.

Get down to get your tickets for skomer (by at least 7am) to go at 10am. Or you aint going!

Superb view from field over the bay.

Facilities basic but ok. At £10 a night cant beat it.

Shame there are no electric hookups but as I stayed 2 nights only it didn't matter much.

Would stay again anytime

What a beautiful campsite. This was our second vist here. It has the most amazing views, incredible sun sets and plenty of wildlife. Tons of space for the children to play, as the units are around the edge of the field so everyone gets to experience the perfect view.

The facilities are basic but more than adequate and spotlessly clean. The communal toilets are some of the cleanest and well kept I've seen and I've stayed at many campsites. Even over a very busy bank holiday weekend, the toilets were kept to a high standard and plenty of toilet paper. The showers are spacious, with hot water. I do recommend 2 lots of 50p if like me you have long hair.

The owners are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. We hired a picnic table and a fire basket, which were worth every penny.

There's access to the coastal path at the bottom of one field and just a short walk to Martin's haven.

There's a fantastic little "puffin bus" service a few times a day directly outside the campsite. So if you plan it right you don't need to drive either.

My children were really sad when we had to leave to come home.

It really is spectacular. We spoke to several people there who return year after year, and some even a few times a year. I would definitely recommend this site if you want some good old fashioned stripped back family camping.

Wonderful location with excellent scenic views. It is right beside the Welsh Coastal Path which is easily accessed. St Martin's Haven (to get boat trips to Skomer and Skokholm), the village of Marloes, Marloes Sands and Musselwick Beach are shortish walks way.

Part of the tarred road, past Marloes, to the site is single file so very big tourers / campervans might have to have problems and driving courtesy is essential.

The site is well maintained and kept clean. It is roomy with grass pitches around the perimeter of large fields. There is plenty of room to children to play.

There are no electrical hook-ups. As well hot water for washing-up is only available for limited hours which led to queues or having to wash dishes in cold water.

Overall the pluses very much out-weigh the negatives at this site.
