This is a brilliant campsite. We were lucky with the weather and to wake up every morning and see the loch views and the mountainous backdrop was stunning.
The owners were laid back and friendly but also efficient and could always be seen on site, even in the evening. The grounds were kept in good condition, the pitches being rested where necessary. There was a good mix of visitors - from various countries and ages and there was a lovely atmosphere. There were groups of motorcyclists who were made welcome (I can't understand why other campsites don't allow them in!) This was a lovely quiet site.
There were stunning walks a short distance from the campsite - you must visit the Lochan trail and the waterfall at Kinlochleven. The toilets were clean and efficient.
We all had a lovely time and will come again - thank you.

Lovely campsite, very friendly staff and residents. Clean as a whistle and not a peep after 11pm. The area is stunning with plenty to see and do. We had fantastic weather so that was an added bonus.
We booked for two nights and ended up staying longer.
Only complaint was it did tend to get a bit crowded and we felt hemmed in at one point by two camper vans parked awkwardly at the back and side of us, leaving us no room to have our BBQ or sunbathe. Luckily they left after one night.
We shall definitely return in the very near future as there were still loads we didnt get to do.

Just spent probably the three best days ever camping on this site with our motorhome / campervan.
The site was spotless, the reception we got was very helpful and no trouble was spared sorting out and getting us to our pitch.
The scenery from the camp site is breath taking and we were lucky we got excellent weather.
Take some midge repellent though.
We normally drove past the site on our way to the 'Ben Nevis' site but I wont drive past it in the future.
What a brilliant site.

This is a fantastic site right by the side of Loch Leven. The area and the views are second to none. The people were great and very helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers were clean and supplies were plenty full. The surrounding shops in the villages were well stocked if you needed anything, a bit pricey but then there is a Morrison's in Fort William about 20 Min's drive. There is a lovely drive around the Loch about 15 mile's long and on the other side there is a shell fish cafe/restaurant, which, if you like eating things with eyes looking at you, is a must. It's a great eating place don't miss it, they do other great food as well as shellfish.
Also another great place is The Lost Valley if you like walking and climbing, it's not for the very young or old unless they are fit. It's just 2 mile's from the site with free parking. We had eagles flying about above us and when we got into the Lost Valley we had little birds eating out of our hands. The whole area/site is a little piece of heaven.

Invercoe is fantastic! It has the most stunning views you could ever imagine. The site itself is very well set out with shop, playpark, clean and well maintained toilet and shower facilities with plenty of hot water. We have a massive tent (12 person) and there was lots of room with good flat grass to pitch on. There are places to visit in the village and we would reccommend the Carnach resturant to eat in. We did the Lost Valley with the children and we loved it. Fort William is not far away and is worth a wander - there`s enough tartan to sink a battle ship! The warden and his family were very helpful and there is a feeling of relaxed organisation about the place. We`ll be going again and we got the thumbs up from all four kids - so it must be good.

Just spent 5 days here with my 3 year old son. This is an excellent campsite run by Ian and his family. There were very helpful with any questions I had and kept the place very clean. I saw one post on this site complaining - you should ignore this as the standard of care you will receive here is great. The locations has fantastic views and there is a small play park with swings and climbing frame for children. The toilets are stocked with toilet roll, soap dispensars and a hand dryer. The shop has most things you will need - though it does close at 5.30pm. After this time, use the Glencoe village (5 minute walk) shop till 8 pm or Ballachulish Coop (20 minute walk or short drive if you have a car) till 10 pm. This is a good campsite for those travelling by Citylink bus as it is a 5 minute walk from the stop in Glencoe Village. If it is wet, campers can cook in the covered enclosure in the centre. Spoke to a mix of people from Slovenia, Czech Republic, Liverpool and Scotland - so socially good as well. Isles of Glencoe Hotel ( 4 star)in Ballachulish has a pool which you can use if you eat lunch there -which I find good value. It also has a good adventure playground outside for children aged 2-12.

What can I say about this wonderful site! We visited here for a full week - 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The site is very well organised and laid out. The pitches are a mixture of grass and hardstanding, all have access to hook ups from what we could see and on arrival you are encouraged to drive around and choose a spot. We selected a grass pitch half way between the children's play area and the amenities block with views across the loch. The play area was quite simple and safe with a barked surface. We felt very happy allowing our 2 girls (6 & 8 yrs) to spend all their spare time on site over there without supervision. The toilet & showers were spotless, cleaned every day without fail, plenty of loo roll and soap. The showers were free, loads of hot water and the room was heated so no shivering while hurrying back into your clothes! There was also a shop, laundry, drying room and excellent indoor washing up area. The views across the sea loch were superb and we never tired of them. My husband even saw a porpoise one morning! Despite being close to full the site was peaceful and the facilities copied fine. The surrounding area has activities for all from out door enthusiasts to families. We can highly recommend a visit to the Sea Life Centre in Oban - great for a rainy day. Also the train journey from Fort William to Mallaig. We also went to Mull for a day, visited the Ardanmurchan peninsular for a little golden eagle hunting. All in all a great part of the world and an excellent site to be based from. Can't wait to book another visit.

Went from Glencoe to have a look round Kinlochleven and was surprised to see a camp site open. Pulled in without booking and a notice board said to park where you wanted and the owner would find you later. Didn't think this was quite right so went looking for the owner and he told us to park wherever it suited us. (obviously this wouldn't happen in the summer months). Stunning scenery and a pleasant walk into glencoe village where there was a small but adequate general store. The site itself was in very good condition and neat and tidy. It had all the usual facilities and was very clean and the toilet and shower block was heated. Although it looked a little old on the outside inside was very nice with everything you need. We saw the owner and another member of the staff and stopped to pass the time of day. Found them very amiable and are planning to visit there again in a couple of weeks. Would love to be there in the summer. Recommends AAA+++

This is a fantastic site as everyone else has said, it's location is stunning, and it is immaculately kept, everything is spotless, my only complaint would be the midges, but hey ho I did go to Scotland in September. When we do go back to Glencoe, this is where we will be staying

We stayed at this site for 11 nights, as it was a base to see all the sights. We did think that the owners were great as we had asked on the booking form for a loch side view, which we got. And what a view it was just amazing. When we got there we were put on a hardstanding pitch. The grass next to us was sparse due to the rain. We put up the awning and put down our very expensive breathable groundsheet. The owner came around a few days later and followed me into the doorway of our awning, he asked us to take up our groundsheet as it wasnt breathable (his words), so we took up as much as possible. Though when it rained we had a stream running through. The night before we left he came again and said we had ruined his grass and again went on about the groundsheet. His parting words were that he would have to re turf. My husband and I were upset as we have never left a pitch in a mess, and have always been careful. The reason it was like it was, was due to the rain and then us stepping out of the caravan. Anyway, about everything else. The site is in a beautiful setting. The pitches were set apart, plenty of water points. The toilets were fairly clean, though the sinks were dirty. The showers were on a timer and would go off after 20 seconds so had to keep pressing the button. The showers were dirty even after they had been cleaned, which was a shame. There is a shop on site which the kids used a lot. The laundry was £3 for the washing machine and 50p for about 30 mins for the tumble dryer. It is 15 miles to Fort William, where there is a Morrisons and a cheap petrol station. Oban is 35 miles away, which is a lovely town, lots of shops and lots of big supermarkets. We went to Plockton and passed a lovely church with the most amazing view at Glen Finnan. Glen Finnan has the train station where Harry Potter got off the train to go to Hogwarts. Plockton was 2 hours away, though the journey had the most amazing scenery. Plockton was wonderful and we went on Callums boat cruise, that made our holiday as Callum and his partner were friendly and very funny. About 10 miles from the site is the car ferry, it takes 5 mins to get across the loch at the cost of £5.20, on the other side we drove for approx 40 miles to get the car ferry to the Isle of Mull, this ferry runs every hour up til 7pm. The only thing is all the roads are windy and some are single track roads, but just gives you the chance to enjoy the scenery and take it easy. We wont be going back to this campsite though due to the owner.
