What a little gem. Paid the extra £2 for alongside pitch. Good facilities on site, shelters for eating and cooking if it rained for tenters. Close walk into Glencoe, the hotel and bar have free wi-fi. Showers though a little dated were very clean and spacious. Quiet site even though it was quite full with a mixed bag of tents and vans nowhere actually seemed overly busy. Beware of the midges though at this time of year.

Great value and cheaper than some lesser quality sites.

Return visit for our 3rd year. If that doesn't say it all!

Lovely well kept site, very friendly and welcoming staff. Hardstanding pitches are good size, near level. Facilities are clean and well thought out. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful. The perfect base.

What can I say that hasn't already. We arrived on a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend and the site was busy and was met by a chap on a bike ( I believe is Ian) he did a bit of routing and found us a pitch next to the kids playground which was a match made in heaven for my 3 year old.

The site itself is set on a stunning location, the facilities are all good and clean, Ian even adorns the kilt at night for the true Scottish experience.

If you are in the highlands and heading towards Fort William this is a must stop, beware the little midge they are tiny but do bite so bring spray !

Was there at weekend was a great campsite. Ian and his wife were very friendly and I was looking to buy a map for hills and Ian gave me a loan of one. will be back again soon. Shower block was spotless

This is a very well kept site situated right on the shores of Loch Leven a five minute stroll from Glencoe village. The views and sunsets over the loch are amazing as are the mountains surrounding it. The toilet & shower blocks are a little dated but were kept clean and were warm, there is also a laundry on site. As our visit was in march the site office/shop was closed with a sign on the door advising you to find a pitch and settle up at the white house across the road. We will definitely use this site again

Very nice location, very friendly and helpful owner.

We just wanted to stay one night, but because the weather was bad and the location was perfect for day trips moved into one of the two hobbit houses and stayed 4 days. These tiny houses are really great.

We chose Invercoe as an overnight stop-over en route from Salisbury to The Outer Hebrides. We arrived late afternoon and departed the next morning so didn't really check out all the facilities in full. We were fortunate enough to enjoy superb weather for our journey down to Glencoe and the views and sunset from the campsite down the loch and the mountainous backdrop are absolutely stunning.

The site is level, well maintained and the toilet block is clean and tidy. The Clachaig Inn (3 miles up road) is very popular and has a good selection of beers.

This site certainly suited our purpose and we could have happily stayed longer.

We came back for yet another visit to this lovely site. The views are spectacular, Loch Leven in front with wonderful sunsets over Ardgour and the Glencoe mountains behind. The facilities are good and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and there are pubs and shops nearby. Good dog walking in the woods across the road from the site. There is plenty to do from the site, serious climbing, boating on the loch and walking in the forest. Further afield are Oban and Fort William. The only caveat is that the site is in Glencoe so rain and midges are a possibility.

We will certainly be back.

A breathtakingly beautiful location - lovely views of the Glencoe mountains and set on the banks of Loch Leven.

Owners very friendly and helpful. We were offered a choice of 4 pitches on arrival and then left alone in peace to make up our own minds! Fantastic value as well. 3 of us with a large family tent and awning was £29 per night.

The site is well maintained and was bearing up under the strain of what had been a few weeks of pretty rotten wet weather. Facilities were all clean and well kept with no queues for showers or washing up space. Launderette on site is handy with 2 huge 'industrial' driers which dried up our wet hiking gear in no time at all.

Area is fantastic for walking, climbing, cycling and water sports. Can highly recommend Mark at the Isles of Glencoe hotel for kayaking, paddle-boarding etc.

Take insect repellent though; even with the midge machines, the little blighters are abundant and relentless. If you have an insect door on your tent, keep it closed as much as you can!

We arrived early evening without booking, found a pitch as instructed on the notice board at the entrance to the site. The warden called round as we were setting up, asked if we needed anything. Next morning the warden called again to tell us that if we wanted a better view we could move when a pitch became vacant. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The facilities were clean and modern. The views of the mountains and loch, fabulous. The site is handy for Glen Coe village, and worth more than a stop over.
