Hi booked for september. Arrived ion friday. Reception dealt with use quickly and in a very friendly manner. They then towed my van to the pitch and gave me a choice of 2 but recommended the pitch I took because if the view. And took my van to our pitch and parked it on my pitch. The view was stunning you could see right across the valley. There was a lot of vans on the site and every one was friendly. We tried the pool and it was great. We went to the bar and the barman and woman were very friendly. On the second day we visited seaton and beer great lical towns and came back to the site and tried the takeaway food which was delivered to our table in the bar. The food was really tasty and delivered quick. And it was a great price. Very happy with service.
We were so happy with the site we left our van there in storage and we will, be back in 2 weeks. If I was looking for any improvement I would have wifi all over the site. Great site.

Stayed here for two weeks in August with a 14 and 15 year old boys. The dog walk was really good and the staff were helpful and always there to help. The faculties were well maintained and always clean and ready for use. We would not normally book a site this large but was pleasantly surprised. Would we book again yes we would, Love the pitching of the van and bring it down when we were leaving a nice touch. We visited the local areas and enjoyed the Seaton mines / tram ride

A beautiful site, clean and well maintained. A friendly family run site that made us feel at home. We did'nt want to leave (wished we had booked longer!) We will return when we visit Devon again. Toilets and showers are very clean as is the swimming pool! This is a site I would and have recommended to my friends, if you like peace and quiet this is the site for you, if you want to lose your kids without the worry of where they are go here! My 9year old son made loads of friends and had the time of his life. My 5year old loved the pool and the playing field flying his kite. They even tow van to pitch and off
Bad points I'd be a lifetime thinking for bad points

Went and stayed with a friend in her caravan for a few days.
Good points - clean toilet block, good playground, pool, lovely food / cafe / bar, good entertainment.
Bad point - why have a cover on a pool if it stays over the pool on a hot day?? It was like a sauna in there. 45 degrees evidently!
Lovely beaches / villages fairly nearby.

We were a little disappointed with this site. The facilities were great but it would seem that all the nice touring pitches were used by season pitches.
Our pitch was so awkward to get to, they have to pitch it for you (and they scraped our van doing so). Although the weather can't be helped, our pitch had no drainage and was a complete swamp getting everything covered in mud. Thinking back, we should have complained and asked to be moved but as novices at the time. We didn't.
The staff were lovely but it is unfortunately not a site we would return to.

Spent 4 days at this site. Warden very helpful when we arrived and we got a fully serviced pitch on hardstanding as the weather was awful on arrival. The pitches themselves are in need of some TLC as they are a mixture of old tatty astro turf and gravel. Some upgrading required in this area. The toilet block was good but the shower was only luke warm, just warm enough to stand in for me but the wife would not have got in it. Good areas to walk the dog.

A warm welcome when we arrived by the site warden.
This was a last minute booking, but we were not disappointed with the static caravan, very clean, comfortable and warm. The first time we have booked in to a static caravan and felt that is was clean
As this was the end of season the pool was closed with limited opening of other facilities on site, but this didn't stop the staff in the office being helpful when need or just very helpful. There is an information room which is well stocked with leaflets and local information, (in the reception is a A4 folder with wildlife spots and walks).
The games room was visited by our youngest daughter who spent a happy hour there playing the machines etc, coming back with a fluffy toy she had won.
The static part of the site is on a slope with roadways/path tarmaced or paving slabs, all the caravans have a raised patio area with seating.
The site is next to the main A35 (Axminster - Honiton) road and minor road to Dalwood, but we did not here any traffic noise when walking around the site.
We are looking at coming back here either to stay in a static caravan or with are tent.

Just returned from a seven night break at Andrewshayes.
The welcome was great, told by one of the staff to un-hitch our van and he would site it for us. A lovely touch and great first impression, a brief but adaquate run through of the sites dos and dont's and he left us to it.
We chose the fully serviced pitch @£33 a night.
The pitch was dead level wind the legs of the van down hook up the electric fill up the water and away you go. GREAT. The pitches are on staggered levels to combat the slope of the site, don't let this put you off it means you get a level pitch for your unit and also your not looking directly onto your neighbour.
The toilet block was always clean and tidy with warm showers. The swimming pool was solar heated so warmer on sunnier days - it was clean and had enough seats to cope with the peak periods. The children's play area was great and the indoor games room a great touch. The club house was well priced and the takeaway service for food a nice cheap alternative to cooking. Good location Lyme Regis is 15 mins away and charmouth 20 mins. Try a guided fossil hunt from Charmouth its great hours of fun.
The site is just of the A35 and there is some road noise.
The shop on site sells all the usual things and there's a Tesco 10 mins up the road in Axminster.
Would we return YES
Would we recommend YES

We have just returned from a week at this site, it has been absolutely fantastic.
The weather could have been a bit kinder but that's camping. This site is easy to find just off the A35
This was a little noisy some nights as its a busy road. Well located and had excellent facilities for everyone, adults and children.
There was lots to do in the surrounding area, seaside and country. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower facilities were very good and always clean. It has a small shop on site and a small bar and takeaway too so you don't really need to leave the site for an evenings entertainment. The swimming pool was not huge but well heated and my grandchildren loved it, the games room was well used by the children too and was covered by CCTV so we felt safe to let them go there with limited supervision. I cannot recommend this site highly enough, well worth another visit in the future.

We had booked for two nights here and had a good run so phoned the site to see if we could get there an evening early as we had planned to stop en route.
We were allowed to and arrived a bit late, 7. 30pm. We were given a welcome greeting and our caravan was put on the pitch for us, something that had never been done before. If you know that area, it is very hilly but our pitch was very level.
The toilets were very good as were the showers with plenty of hot water and big enough to dry yourself in. There were also washing machines there, a microwave and a freezer for the campers use, another first. There is also a solar heated pool and a children's play area.
There is a bar there and a takeaway food cafe which we took advantage of. The people there were very friendly and helpful. When we came to leave, our caravan was taken off our pitch and taken to the flat road to be hitched up to the car. This site is just off the A30 so very handy for site seeing. All in all a very pleasant stay and we will be going back there.
