Superb site, warm welcome and very impressed with both the cleanliness and the tidiness of this site.
This was a one night stopover on the way to catch a ferry but a site that we certainly want to visit again.
It felt very quiet and secure with owners who clearly love and look after it.

Excellent site and very helpful and friendly owners,
Lots of open space and very well placed for either going or coming from the continent.
I would recommend this site and will use it again.
Watch the exit from the site it can get very busy.

Friendly welcome.
Lovely clean site.
Had a great dog walk.
We only used the site as a stop over as it’s so close to the ferry port so we didn’t explore the surrounding area.

Absolutely one of the best campsites I've been to.
Owners are exceptionally helpful and have thought of almost anything a traveller might need.
It's all the little bits like leaving bleach in toilets, having a little library. Lots of art work on show and a lovely field to walk in, sit in or take a dog for a walk.
We stayed to break up the journey off the ferry. Luckily we got an early afternoon ferry so got to enjoy a lovely Sunday evening on the site.
I don't normally write reviews but this site is fab.

A lovely quiet small site with amazing countryside views.
The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
Facilities were spotless, although there are no showers.
There’s a little information room with books you can swap or buy and a variety of games you can borrow.
Nothing much in the immediate vicinity but an ideal stopover for Channel crossings.

A Lovely quiet and clean site in the heart of Kent,
Very well kept nice and flat grass pitches,
Toilets immaculate and owners very nice pleasant and accommodating,
We will definitely be back again and would certainly recommend.

Had to cancel our visit due to work on our house.
Owners of site were very helpful and we are looking forward to going in a couple of weeks.
Have been before and the site is very nice and convenient to visiting attractions in the area

Excellent site. Was accompanied by our daughter and her two children in their tent.
Only downside is there are no showers provided, although our caravan provided those. Lovely people run the site and only ten minutes from the beach at Folkestone. There is a lidl 5 mins away.
Great place to camp.

Easy to find, easy access, owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful, level ground and perfectly clean toilets.
OK so there's no showers but for £16 per night you would be hard pushed to find a better site.
We only went there to "test" the van, first trip since last year, so weren't looking for long country walks but it is on a fairly fast straight road and I didn't see any footpaths. A look at the OS map showed a local walk but we didn't explore it this time.
Highly recommend this site.
Talking of testing, the toilet cassette broke at first use. Milestone Leisure is 5 minutes down the road and the chap who has been there for years dug out a replacement kit straight away and it took me less than two minutes to repair it.
