Lovely quiet site, very well maintained with a friendly hassle-free booking and welcome. Toilet/shower facilities very clean. Laundry and dishwashing facilities.
Easy 5 minute access from A1 - but best to follow the B6525 from the A1 rather than Sat Nav which may take you down some very narrow lanes. Just after you enter the small village of Ancroft, turn right (if you miss this, you may have a long round trip)
Public path/dog walk about 300m further inland along the road from the site.
Ideal location to visit various beaches (e. G. Cheswick Sands beach), Bamburgh, Holy Island (check tides), Berwick, Duns, etc.
Recommend "The Barn at Beal" for coffee/meal with a cracking view.

Lovely quiet location with very helpful staff and great views.
We were provided with a selection of different takeaway menus if we didn’t want to visit the pub a couple of miles away.
We opted for the fish and chips this initially seemed rather expensive but the portions were enormous … so one meal lasted 2 nights!
Great result! Good area for cycling

Excellent site. Good views of the distant Cheviots, with Berwick, the Tweed Valley, Wooler and the Cheviots, and the wonderful Northumberland coast all within easy reach.
Pitch good and level. Very good Dog Walk (if you need it ) just down the lane.
Facilities all that you could ask for, very fairly priced. Would use again when next up this way.

Lovely site. Facilities spotless.
Owner friendly and helpful, we had a water pump problem, and Eric and Alan sorted us out.
Would highly recommend. Lovely views from most pitches and not far from Beach.

Fabulous campsite. We loved our stay here, not a huge site but exactly what we were looking for. Spacious pitch for our tent and car. No problems with the ehu. Toilet and shower facilities were spotless. There were laundry facilities but we didn’t use them.
Eric who runs the sight is a delight, he told us how he had bought a load of children’s bicycles from The Salvation Army. We found this a great idea, let’s face it, once the car is loaded up with the camping gear, there is very little room for other items like bikes or scooters. Our 9 year son was thrilled to be able to grab a bike and ride around with other children on the site.
This campsite is a perfect base to explore Northumberland and we are already planning our next visit. Berwick upon Tweed is close by with a selection of supermarkets, Asda, Tesco and Morrisons, Eric even has a little trailer/ honesty shop selling items you may have forgotten eg toothbrushes or deodorant, items you might have run out of like bread and milk, there are also delicious treats like ice creams and homemade cakes.
Such a lovely, relaxed, child friendly and clean campsite, thanks Eric.

A lovely quiet site, clean facilities, tidy, well kept grass, friendly staff, we had view over fields.
We really enjoyed our stay and have said we will go back again.
Ideally placed for Berwick, Holy Island and the Tweed Valley.
Not far from A1 and easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay at Raglan. Not too far from anywhere really. Site is clean and well kept.
They also have a little Honesty shop, eggs, bread etc, also offer bacon rolls etc.
Eric is extremely helpful, and gave my camper a jump start.
Next time I go up to Northumberland, Raglan will be my first choice.
