We booked this site very last minute. I spoke to the owner on the phone, right away he was so friendly and accommodating. He met us on arrival and was so helpful and welcoming. A genuinely lovely guy.
The site is situated in a very quiet area in a good location. You are about a ten minute drive to Berwick. It is fenced all around meaning my two kids could run around without me worrying that they would get into too trouble.
The site is very well maintained and although it's very basic, the facilities were more than adequate. There is a small building with one toilet, basin and shower for the ladies and the same for the gents. It was a bit of a pain in the backside if you were busting for the loo and someone was in already though! The bathrooms were immaculate at all times. There are electric hook up pitches available too.
I would definitely recommend this site and we will certainly be returning. This is the place for you if you want a quiet, peaceful and relaxing break.

Spend the Easter weekend at this site. It is in a nice area of the country with lots to see within a hour's drive. No pub within walking distance but one a short drive away, which is very nice.
The campsite is small and the pitches are level. The owners are very pleasant and keep the site in good condition.
The toilet facilities are always very clean and I never had to wait to use them, even although there is only one toilet / shower room for males and the other for females. The shower room had plenty of hooks so my clothes were kept dry whilst showering. (Well done)
It was very quiet when we were there, just the stormy wind kept us awake one of the nights!
I would return to this site.
