We stayed here at the end of June (school hols) although busy we had plenty of room for our very large tent. Facilities fantastic owners lovely and very helpful, its a peaceful quiet site and would def recommend it, and the weather was nice as well, and reasonable pitch prices, we had 3 teenage girls with us and 2 boys and none of them complained(much), not bad for teenagers, site is close to a small beach at anderby creek and skeggy is only 15 mins away, no pressure to be out by a certain time either

Arrived late but owner was lovely about it. Nice flat field at front. V quiet at night. Perfect for a young family. Playground next to where we pitched was perfect. Showers spotless and plenty of hot water. Pressing button every 30s was a pain though. No shop on site but not a prob for us. Great price 14 pound per night for a family of4 without ehu. Close to Sutton on sea and chapel st leonards. Will prob be back in holidays. Family bathroom was great because I could get kids into pjs and brush teeth all together in the warm. Noticed they had a baby changing unit too.

We have just spent five nights at this site, and really enjoyed our stay.
The owners were very welcoming, and Tina showed us to our pitch, well field, and said pitch where we want.
The site is out in the countryside, there is loads of wildlife both around the site and passing through. Although I don't fish, the lake has plenty in there and they come out to play at night, splashing about it sounds like they are happy.
The facilities are always clean with bags of hot water, having a shower was a pleasure, not a shivering chore.
The other people on site were friendly and had time for a chat as well, most of them from near where we live as well! Small world eh.
All in all this is a fabulous site, really relaxing, with shops not too far away.
Skegness has changed for the better too, it's been thirty years since I last went there, and it's a lot cleaner with some nice shops. The two restaurants we ate at had good food, with pleasant waitress's.
Unlike Mablethorpe, which is where I holidayed as a kid, that has shops which all sell the same cheap 'bargain' stuff. I was shocked how rough the place has become.
I don't think anyone visiting Manor Farm will have any complaints. We enjoyed it and will be back next year.

We have just had a 3 night stay and the relaxed and spacious surroundings, friendly people, and excellent weather made it a perfect place to stay. Unfortunately I got food poisoning after eating fish and chips from the chippy in nearby Chappel St Leonards.
The sites owner not only brought me some medication from the chemist in Alford, but on hearing I was still ill later, took me and the wife, to Skegness Hospital, in her own car. And this was at 10 oclock on the Friday night!A nice quiet site, with excellent facilities
We will definitely stay there again, but next time I will avoid the fish+chips when we go into town!

We have been going here now for a few years, in fact this year we have spent 2 weeks at the beginning of august and just come back from another week, kids love it, very relaxed site and friendly owners. Over the bank holiday weekend the showers and loo's etc were busy but we coped with this as it was only for a few days. Great place to stay.
If I could suggest something to improve on what is already a great site would be maybe wifi access and a basic shop for milk/bread etc.

We just had two lovely nights at this site, very nice. The toilets and showers were very clean with plenty of hot water.
Pitch prices very reasonable, beaches are 20 minute walk away, all in all a pleasant site with pleasant owners we will be returning to this site.
When we arrived we were told we didn't have to hurry on our last day, good job really after the rain we had, it gave us plenty of time to dry the awning out before packing it away, so nice to visit a site where the owners are pleased to help and not just there for the pitch fees.

I took my antique ridge tent here for a couple of nights, hoping to find a quiet spot in order to get some work done. It was lovely and quiet (I couldn't hear any music or TVs- most of the time I couldn't even hear people talking) and you could walk across the fields to the beach. The facilities were clean and I never had to wait. Water was nice and hot. £8 a night and I was allowed to stay as long as I wanted on my last day. There is a small shop and cafe at Anderby Creek but the cafe stops serving food at 3pm.

I wanted to camp near the coast but away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. This site was perfectly located. It was about 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. There are 2 paths from the site so there's no need to be walking on the roads.
On arrival I was warned at the reception that the ground was really wet for tents but I was there and didn't really want to search around elsewhere. I found a nice dry patch to pitch on but everywhere else was pretty waterlogged. Luckily I wasn't planning to use my car all weekend as it was pretty bogged down the second I parked at the side of my pitch.
On leaving I realised I was completely stuck in the mud. A nice chap who owned a tourer near to where I pitched came out and tried to help the best he could but to no immediate avail. He gave me some bits of wood to chock under the wheels but nothing helped.
He then suggested I ask the owners to pull me out with the tractor which they were more than happy to do.
I'd like to thank David and his son for pulling me out of the field. I'd also like to thank the chap in the nearby tourer for helping all he did.
I'll be going back to this site without a hesitation, taking others with me.
I was out for most of the days so I rarely used the site facilities but they looked more than adequate, clean and modern. As a back to basics tent camper this was more than I usually expect from a working farm campsite so I was pleasantly surprised. The cost of £10 per night was also reasonable, especially on a bank holiday weekend.

Spent another fab weekend at this site, Phoned 3 days prior and spoke to the owner Tina, she said we're not that busy so just turn up and go where you want.
We liked this laid back approach, no regimental rules, so easy going. The site is well looked after, toilets, showers, bathroom all very clean.
Plenty of good walks across the fields for the dog, Beautiful large sandy dog friendly beaches a short drive away (Free car parking too!)
Shops, pub a short drive away, fishing on site if required. All in all a good, well kept' friendly site. We will return!

We have visited this site on numerous occasions, which have all been great - apart from this last visit. Previously we have pitched where we wanted, but on this occasion we were allocated pitches as they were so busy.
The campsite is nice, brilliant for visiting Mablethorpe, Skegness & Ingoldmels. Toilets/showers are ok, they have a spacious bathroom also.
The bad thing about our last visit was that we were right at the top end of the campsite near the fishing lake which is a very long hike to the shower blocks because they only have 1 block, which is no where near enough for busy periods.
We tried 4 times in the space of 40mins to get a shower & they were full all the time. Also people fishing leave there tackle on the peg when they have finished at night so they can have that pitch in the morning, which does not give anyone else the chance to fish.
My husband & son couldn't do any because of this. We were really disappointed on this occasion as it has always been fab any other time. Don't think we will be going again.
