Spent a week here, very reasonable price of £16 per night without hook up. Friendly couple that run the site. Nice and quiet, good location with a nice beach close by and if you want it a bit louder Skegness a 20 minute drive away
Free showers, toilet facilities reasonably clean, very laid back and friendly site. Quite good fishing on a small pond, caught a 10lb common carp, my personal best, (for fishermen please note no feeders or ground bait allowed)
Kids enjoyed the week and even did a bit of fishing - overall a nice weeks holiday

We stayed at this site for nearly 2 weeks, the area and beaches are fantastic, and the site well situated.
The showers and facilities could be cleaner, but they did have a superb bathroom which was brilliant with the kids- and bathroom cleaner was left out so you could clean the bath before use.
The only downside and reason for my review is that contrary to other people we found the site really expensive. The basic hook up cost was ok, but with all the extras the site was £28 per night. The basic cost was for 2 adults only, so the 3 kids were extra, the dogs were extra despite the fact there was nothing provided for them, no on site dog walking area- so I'm not entirely sure what we paid for.
Had I realised this we wouldn't have gone, so if you ring and ask be very specific and ask what the cost will be. I'm not sure if they didn't charge for awnings- it was printed on the bill as an extra but difficult to work out if it was charged as one.
For £28 you expect a purpose built site- not a farmers field. We're happy in farmers fields, but not happy with paying that much money, especially as the shower blocks weren't that clean, or the water that hot at times. For this reason we won't be going back which is a shame as we loved the area.

This is a gem of a site. We took advantage of the EHU and pitched quite close to the toilet/laundry facilities, so it was an easy week's camping and we'll definitely go back.
The owners are very friendly, the site's facilities are kept clean and there's a small play area for the kids on a safe site. It's a short drive into either Mablethorpe or Skegness, but there are easy walks direct to the beach if you want to keep away from the towns.
We didn't use the fishing lake on the site, but we could see that it was very popular with the anglers. An all round good site at very reasonable cost.

2 Adults 2 Dogs from Monday to Sunday and the weather was fantastic all week, not too many tents there until Saturday, there is lots of space to pitch we pitched near the fishing lake with electric hookup for £14 a night which is quite good.
If you are there for a week I recommend the hookup as shops around the area are very scarce, nearest decent shops are about 2 miles away at Chapel St Leonard, there is a shop at Anderby Creek but think they are only open at weekends.
The campsite is very friendly and the shower block and toilets are quite clean there is also a separate bath room and laundry room and a disabled toilet as well, there are washing up facilities and there is even a gas supplier just down the road if you run out of gas. The area we thought was beautiful we thought and some of the sunsets were amazing.
Went to Skegness which is only 20 mins away and the beaches are superb although you do have to look for the dog friendly ones for May to September, You can reach the nearest beach from the site which is Anderby Creek about 1 mile away, we walked through the farmers fields as there is a public footpath or you can go by car but we were warned about car thieves on the carpark, there is also a pub at Anderby Creek called 'The Creek' £2.60 a pint and they have a beer garden around the back.
The owners of Manor Farm don't have a website as they just want customers by word of mouth which I think they are doing a great job. We will definitely revisit this site in the near future.

Spent a long weekend here, recommended by friends, must say we booked to go back again, it was our first time camping in a tent and it was great, really friendly site owners, good clean toilet blocks, showers and bath. Going back for around 10 days in few weeks and the family is really looking forward to it. I would recommend this site to anyone that wants a nice quiet site, only a mile away from anderby creek beach. Only thing that let it down was the dog owners not cleaning up after the dogs, but this was down to the odd individual and nothing to do with the site.

It was a very nice campsite to stay in, it was clean, the staff were friendly and they let us camp where ever we wanted, in our case we wanted to be on the fishing lake, so they let us as it wasn't busy.
It is a very dog friendly campsite to stay on as there is plenty of fields behind the campsite to take your dog for a walk, if you walk along some of the fields you would reach a sea which was very nice. There was also a morrisons near by in skegness.
Fishing;
As we were fishing we caught many carp fish. Some of them were extremely big.
Showers;
The showers were slightly clean, but were comfortable to wash in.
Overall, apart from the weather, we had a brilliant holiday and would recommend it

Just spent 5 nights on this campsite and would go back without any doubt. Toilets/ showers very clean and spacious, washing up facilities good, owners friendly and helpful. We camped up by the fishing lake and it was so so peaceful. Unfortunately the night before we left several families were camping together with kids and BMX bikes etc etc so got a bit noisy. Ideal for dogs as large fields to run in, also can walk across fields to beach or by road, take aprox 40 mins, couple in car. Anderby creek beach is really lovely and was more or less deserted dogs loved it. Completely unspoilt not at all for those wanting bright lights and amusement arcades.

We spent a very relaxing three days on this site on the fishing pond field.
The site is exactly as the previous review by JoLo describes.
We will definitely be going back.
The nearby beaches were great for shell finding etc.And there is a wonderful free paddling pool and park area in nearby Sutton on Sea

We spent a lovely, quiet, relaxing weekend here with our two boys, our friends and their two boys.
The site is divided into several small fields separated by hedges, is nice and flat and several EHUs are available. There were many more touring caravans there than tents. The loo block is immaculate: 3 showers, 5 wash basins, 4 loos a hair drier and a hand drier in the ladies and same in the gents plus urinal. There is also a disabled loo. There were never any queues. The laundry has a washing machine and tumble drier that work well. Showers, with loads of hot water, are free but you need tokens for the washer and drier (£4.50 for both). There is a small play area with 2 swings, a rope swing thing and an obstacle course. A small fishing lake and walks through fields(great for dog-walking), are towards the back of the site. The whole site is very peaceful, clean and well maintained by friendly, helpful owners.
Manor Farm is about a mile from Anderby Creek which is a lovely, quiet sandy beach with a cafe, small shop and some loos. You can walk there easily through the fields at back of the campsite or, more easily, by road. If you want lots of hustle and bustle Skegness is only about 10 miles away.
The shop at the garage at Huttoft (1 mile away) is well stocked and sells gas. We also went to the Spar shop in Sutton-on-Sea (about 6 miles away) which is has a bigger range of stock and was very useful. The people were so friendly too. If you go to Sutton you must go in the antique shop near Waldo's fish & chip shop (which was highly recommended) - it is amazing! It goes on forever and is stuffed full of everything you can imagine and more.
We would definitely stay at Manor Farm again.

Just got back from manor park and we loved it.
Toilets, showers very clean and it also had a bath.
Owners never bothered us and told us to park where we wanted because there were not many people on site.
Beautiful beaches about a mile away. Ideal for skegness and mablethorpe but without the hustle, bustle and noise.
We also got to see the seals at donna nook. It's their breeding period now and they all come into the dunes to give birth. (100s of them)everybody should see the seals at least once in their lifetime.
Fishing lake on site, but it was too cold for me.
Will definitely go back in the summer to try the it though.
No big supermarkets in the area. Nearest one was morrisons in skegness. Nearest shop (co-op)about a mile away in alford.
