August 2005 Just back from 3 nights stay at Manor Farm. Camped by the pond for peace and quiet. It was bank holiday so unfortunately not so quiet. Pitch nice and flat, toilets and showers always clean. Only grumble really was fishing wasn't as good as could be. Plenty of fish but also plenty of noisy kids at the waters edge and adults flying very noisey kites. Would return . When children at school !

August 2005 We had never visited this site before but would certainly do so again. The site was one of the flatest we have been on and the owner certainly made you welcome. Facilities were immaculate and free. We found a couple of secluded sandy beaches that we had not been to before on our previous visits to Skegness. Thanks to the owners for an enjoyable stay,

Aug 2004 we have just returned home after a week in a tent on this site. We have never been camping before and as we are both in our 50s we were a bit wary, but this camping site was a marvellous introduction. It is a quiet site with no shop or club which didn't bother us as we went out each day.
The toilet block and showers were always clean and water hot whenever we went to them. Not once did we find them dirty and showers etc are free. It is just a short way away from Anderby Creek which is a lovely place to spend a quiet few hours on the sand. We will certainly go again. If the owners read this can l just say Thankyou for a lovely peacefull holiday.

May 2004 This caravan site is run by Tina & David Owen who are in attendance virtually all the time.
The caravan park is on the actual farm but seperate from any working areas.
There are electric hook ups and a central amenities block which has toilets, showers and baths and is accessible to disabled persons.
The park does not have live entertainment or discos and is aimed at campers and caravanners seeking a tranquill environment.
There is a well stocked carp lake which is open to the public on day permit.
Friendly dogs are very welcome and there is a dedicated dog walk so your pet can have a holiday walk too.
A path at the rear of the park gives access to long scenic walks through fields.
It is central between Chapel St. Leonards and Sutton on Sea with Skegness and Mablethorpe within easy reach.
I would rate the warm welcome, the facilities and cleanliness of the amenities block and the pitches as 10 out of 10.
For those seeking open country and peace and quiet I recommend this as just great!!!

May 2003 Nice site very reasonble site fees handy for Mablethorpe, Sutton etc. Informal layout large toilet block. Got a bit muddy while we were there because of heavy rain. Recommended site.
