We love the site due to its closeness to the village and the beaches, great view of RAF valley and fast jets if this is your thing?
The beach is fantastic and a great place to walk the dog, also the village of Rhosneigr is a lovely place with some great places to eat and drink.
As the for site it is clean and well maintained although the showers/toilets could probably do with updating, having said that they are always clean and every time we went for a shower the water was always hot.
All in all a great place to stay, we have stayed before and will stay again!

Peace & quiet regularly disturbed by noisy jets all around.
Basic site but good location. Handy for walking to the beach & Rhosneiger village.
Weather could have been better

Enjoyed our stay
Friendly owner
Well situated
Advertised as basic facilities, very basic plenty of hot water in showers but could do with updating. No washing up facility.
Expensive for what’s there.

This is a well maintained clean site, the facilities are fine and generally kept nice and clean.
There are quite a few pitches for tent camping in amongst the seasonal caravans but at a busy time, as you may expect, you may need to pitch next to the road -
This brings me to the potential downside of the site - While it is quiet on site, there is a lot of noise from (very obviously) the airport but also the nearby train line and the road that dissects the site.
If you're able to pitch away from the road then you're going to minimise the overnight noise. You will not escape the very loud noise of the planes but this is normally only 8am - 6:30 pm and not constant by any means.
Overall, a very decent site in a great location with a couple of compromises. By the way, they do not allow campfires despite the listing on this site.

Lovely clean campsite, close to beautiful beach, very quiet at night.
But weekdays the noise all day of all the RAF planes is too much. The Campsite is right next to airport. Very loud planes.
A lovely town and places to eat. But spoilt for us.

The site is in easy reach of the beach & great for dogs. Pitches are spaced out & level.
The wash room (showers/WC/sink) is dated, but clean. However there are no dish washing facilities.
The site is next to the runway for RAF valley, so it can be very noisy. I loved watching the planes so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Brilliant stay weather a bit iffy but the site coped well with the torrential rain.
Toilet block was more than adequate and the site was nearly full.
There is a superb view across to RAF Valley this gives the clue to a little aircraft noise but it is a private air show that you can view from the comfort of your unit

Shoreside is a really well maintained site. The reception is a well manned and the cleanliness of the facilities is good. The site has great covid procedures in place, but some visitors clearly just ignored them.
The views over the country side are lovely and the air base is very close. Great access to the beach (via road or path over the dunes).
Our only negative was the groups of children hanging around the toilet block till late in the evening. However the site owners can't be responsible for other inconsiderate parents.
