We stayed here over Easter. I took my Folding Camper My Son took his. The pitches are all flat, they are a good size. The roads are good. It is well maintained.
The showers were very clean, a mop and bucket provided for campers to mop out shower after use (Although some were oblivious to this). Toilets very clean as well. All pitches have a hook facility.
There is a very warm games room and decent sized playground for the kids.
The site is small but well worth a visit.

We stayed for one night while visiting the NEC and thoroughly enjoyed this excellent site and the spotless facilities.
We booked in during the day to recce our pitch as we would be pitching up after dark. The owner was very welcoming and showed us our pitch and explained the facilities etc.
Definitely one we'll use again as it was better in many respects to a site closer to the NEC which is also a tad more expensive.

Large site with pitches all hardstandings with grass, but not a lot of space in between: fine when not too many units but would not have enjoyed it if it were full.
Shower and toilet block spotless, games room with tourist information. Site surrounded with trees, so privacy from houses. Owners also run a business hiring toilets and selling large motorhomes from same site, but campsite is behind all this and quite separate, Staff very helpful.
Considering this site is very close to the centre of Coventry you wouldn't know it, it's like being in the country. Good children's playground.

We spent 5 nights here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family who live in Coventry. As a native Coventrian, I was surprised by how rural this site felt - although the entrance itself is a little off-putting looking more like an industrial unit.
We were very pleasantly surprised once inside. Our hardstanding was fine with nice grassy areas around and lots of trees around the site.
The shower/toilet facilities were good and clean - if a little tired.
A good site for people with children having both an interesting looking play area and an indoor games room.
White Lion within walking distance but maybe not a good road to walk along at night.
We found the staff very helpful - especially when we thought we'd lost a wallet! The woman who took the booking on the 'phone had been a little brusque, but did tell us about the cash only payment.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and will be returning later this year.

Very unfriendly welcome. Were told it was cash only and informed it was in our confirmation email! We just about had enough to pay for the one night stay we had booked but not enough for the deposit for the barrier card. This effectively meant we could not get off the site until morning.
Arrived just after dark on our very first night a caravan and received no assistance. We were shown to our pitch by a young child who was very polite but obviously couldn't give us any technical advise.
Unfortunately as we had just collected our new caravan we were unable to get the gas working and as we had no barrier card could not go out to get dinner! A hungry night with 3 children isn't fun!
Showers and toilets were clean and tidy with lots of hot water although it would be a little hot for the children and there was no way of adjusting it.
Being February the site was very quiet so there was no problem with waiting for facilities.
Although we were on hard standing the pathways and tracks in between pitches was very muddy.
The only other thing to say is that the entrance looks a little like a parking lot for large motorhomes.
I think our experience could have been improved greatly by friendly and helpful staff who with a bit of common sense could have made things a lot easier for us

Stayed here for one night & found the site very tidy & clean. Sat Nav took us almost to the entrance. I'm sure it is very attractive in the summer being located amongst many trees.
The warden was welcoming, pleasant & helpful. Cash only payments, which wasn't a problem, but maybe should be mentioned on website. Reasonable rates too, including electric hook up.
Didn't use the showers but looked clean, although a little tired, toilets & basins very very clean & well stocked (soap, toilet paper). They were also heated, which was great after traipsing through snow in the night!
Games room handy if you fancy a game of pool or table tennis. Noticed a shop on site but didn't use it due to the short duration of our stay.
Didn't notice any road noise, but it did snow quite heavily during our stay so I don't think there was much about. I still think it would be a quiet site due to it's location.
There is a lovely pub about 10 minutes walk down the road called The White Lion - open fires, real ales, excellent food & open all day!
We didn't do any sightseeing as we are relatively local to the area & were just 'getting away' for the night. Close to main routes so good base to explore area from.
I would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. This is the 2nd time we've stayed on this site. However, this time we were informed that payment is cash only - though there was nothing on their website to indicate this, or that their charges had increased from 1st January. We had to go and find an ATM the following day! Strangely, though we were informed that the site did not have any facilities for a card transaction, they were happy to take my debit card details as a deposit for the £25 barrier key! This is a lovely site, clean facilities and lovely hot showers and we will stay here again (though not in summer, as the pitches are small + we've never come across a site that charges for a sun canopy!) Just be aware that if you are planning on staying for a week, you need to take a fistful of cash with you to pay for your pitch.

What can I say about this beautiful site without going ott, we chose this size partly for its location and the fact its reviews were great and we weren't disappointed. Directions were a little confusing but found our way, after a day or so found alternative route to access via Brownhills green village.
The entrance to the site could be classed as a little narrow if you have one of the big RV's that they sell at the same location, but once through check in and collecting barrier controller (deposit £25) your escorted to you pitch and ask very politely to place your car in car park once settled. I could see why this is, as the pitches weren't big enough to take it.
Well-laid gravel hard standing and with a small grassed area for awning or just relaxing on.
The facilities are great with an indoor wash up area, toilet/showers, free games room and a nice new play area for younger kids.
Well laid out site and you feel as though you are in the country with the occasional bunny coming out and those pesky squirrels, lovely to watch but we did get invaded in our awning while we were there.
Some city background noise and the occasional plane above but easy access to Coventry and Birmingham. We used the site as a base for visiting Drayton Manor Park (3/4 hr away) and Alton Towers (2 hrs away).
Tamworth has a Snow dome, which looked quite interesting, but you do need to book in advance during school holidays.
Pub just down the road looked busy and not the cheapest buy advertised boards outside, but each to their own.
Only thing that it could benefit from would be a laundry the wash up area is big enough to take one. Not sure how car park would cope if all 60+ pitches were occupied, although taking that in mind I think only 25 were used over bank holiday weekend and no additional charge either which is a welcome break.
This would definitely be a site we would return to if in the area again.

We had a visit here of 3 nights. Our sat nav led us through a residential area, past a school, which wasn't ideal, but we reached the site with no further problems. If coming from the M1/M69/M6 direction I would recommend taking the Coventry bypass and then taking the A45 towards Coventry.
Although the first part of the whole complex was taken up with American motor home sales and caravan storage, don't let that put you off. The site itself was grassy under a number of mature trees, with hedges at the edge. It was very quiet and surprisingly not too full for the time of year, which was a bonus for us.
We obtained a barrier remote control (£25 returnable deposit) which was useful for coming and going. The warden was helpful and efficient with booking us in and placing the caravan in its pitch. Vehicles are parked nearby, which could be a hassle, but made for a more serene view on the pitches.
We took our dogs to the edge of the site, behind the hedges, for toilet stops, but it would not be enough for a proper walk, and we had to go in the car to find somewhere suitable (Allesley Park for example).
The toilets/showers were spotlessly clean and worked well. We had our own dishwashing facilities, but I did not notice any on the site, and this might be an issue for those in tents. There was discreet low-level lighting on the site, as well as automatic (movement sensor) lighting at the toilet block (useful for night visits).
The play area and games room looked good for children & teenagers. There was also an information board in the games room with local information which was very useful.
The White Lion pub is a few minutes drive away towards Coventry; we did not try it, but it seemed popular. There are several food takeaways within a short drive. Morrisons is 10-15 minutes drive towards Coventry city centre.
I would recommend this site if visiting Coventry or Birmingham; after driving in Coventry or Birmingham this site should be on prescription! It is convenient to the city but feels like it is out in the country. We would visit this site again if we were in the area.

Just got back from a 10 day stay at this site, used mainly as a base for sightseeing the area. The site was very clean and well set up with large pitches and EHU on each pitch. The site is accessed through an american motorhome sales centre and this can put a few people off. Your welcomed by friendly owners who couldn't be more helpful and they are keen to let you know the site rules then just let you settle in to your holiday. A very clean showerblock and toilets ( cleaned twice a day ) and an well set out indoor games room for the kids to play as well as a new outdoor play area set in the grounds next to car park. You can drive to your pitch to load / unload but you cannot park alongside your pitch. We found that you need a car to visit all of the area's attractions. The Corner shops are about 5 mins away by car and main shops over 10 mins by car. Entrance to site VERY TIGHT if you arrive from the wrong direction and the way we arrived took us across country ( tight bends ). Otherwise a great site to stay on.
