Beautiful campsite, next to a lovely pub which served takeaway food due to restrictions. The food was lovely and everyone was very friendly.
We loved the site, we were able to do some lovely walks and explore Bishops castle.
We would recommend the site and area and would definitely go back

Nice quiet site (due to covid, showers etc still closed) so cannot comment on them.
Basic chemical toilet area, needs updating.
All staff we spoke to were very friendly, Powys arms had lovely new outside decking which was perfect for a drink after walking to Bishops castle and back. Locals very friendly and dogs welcome on site.
£5 per person was excellent value, if you want electric hook up its £10 per night, which seemed a little expensive.
Would definitely go again and would recommend.

Nice small Site, showers and toilets were cleaned everyday, the people from the pub and locally were friendly,
We ate in the pub only once and it was very good, they didn't serve food in the week and on Monday were not open at all.
Good location Bishops castle 3 miles away and walkable, would use the site again.

Nice flat site with WHY & mains water. Clean, we'll maintained & warm toilet block.
Nice friendly team in the pub.
Only issue I experienced was that there was No-one on site on arrival and the board hadn't been updated so had no idea which pitch to use.

Very peaceful site. Beautiful surroundings.
Friendly helpful staff. Right next to the pub. Good local beer.
Walcot Hall is just up the road, though it was closed when we were there.
