Just spent a lovely time at Windmill caravan site. Really nice Adults only site.
Very nice well looked after site. Lovely clean shower block and toilets. Well spaced out pitches.
Simon the owner is really nice. We met Simon’s Mum when out for a walk. Everyone were really helpful and pleasant. Mick and Diane were always on hand.
The site was really easy to find. Although the road was a little bumpy you just have to go steady, we have had a lot worse.
Very good position to visit places. We visited Lincoln and Bomber command memorial. Watched the Red arrows practising up near Lincoln. Take a ways not too far away. And yes George’s fish and chips really good, still lovely and hot when we got back to the caravan site.
Stamford was well worth a visit.
Would definitely stay again.

Windmill Farm offers great value for money and has all that you need, plus no kids as it's adult only.
We traveled with our friends and both have twin-axle caravans. Asked for pitches next to each other and had plenty of space to set-up awnings in between. Lovely and quiet, with well marked-out walks.
Pros:
- Shower/toilet block is lovely and clean
- Well marked-out walks straight off of the site
- Lovely, quiet and relaxing
- Pitches are a very good size
- Met and welcomed at the barrier and handed information
- EHU and water hook-up points all the way down the middle
Cons:
- Access off of the road is via a hedge-lined gravel track, which has a tight, but manageable bend. Advice for longer caravans is to take it wide.

We were looking for a quite teenager and child free site, and this was exactly what we got,
It’s in a lovely peaceful rural location lots of wildlife, with deer meandering through the site early morning,
The facilities block is the best we have seen anywhere,
You are in easy travelling distance for places like historic Stamford, and much more,
A mention for Simon who runs the site he was very helpful and welcoming,
We would recommend it without any reservations whatsoever

What a great site to visit. A lovely quiet well set out site with A 1 shower block that was clean and smelt great.
There is a fishing lake if that takes your interest which is included in the price.
The owners Simon and Jilly were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Little road noise which was good as we were in a tent.
The local wildlife was a pleasure to see including the rabbits.
Will definitely be going back

Excellent site.
We received such a warm welcome & everyone on the site was friendly.
The owner couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy & had everything we needed.
The toilet facilities were first class.
We only stayed one night as we were en route to France but will definitely return & stay longer!

Absolutely love it at Windmill Caravan Park.
So clean, quiet and Simon is brilliant, always there to help and nothing too much trouble.
Pitches are spacious.
The roads around are challenging, test you suspension.
On the subject of food, George’s fish and chip shop at Bourne is so so good.
