Third visit to this campsite and again,
All facilities were clean and more than adequate,
Quiet site and easy access in and out.
Lovely location,
Very dog friendly and would definitely recommend.

Site was easy to find. Good location with regular bus service to Exeter and Sidmouth.
The shower block facilities were excellent - modern and plentiful hot water.
However, the site in general did not feel well cared for with quite a lot of weeds and deep ruts in the grass.
It didn’t feel much like a touring site, as there were a lot of long term stays, judging by the number of vans with very large red gas cylinders outside. These appeared to be owned’ vans, not rented statics.

Spent a couple of nights here. Well, they set the bar high with their shower and toilet block. Wish all campsites were this good.
A well thought out facility with free hot showers. Extremely clean. Great laundry facilities.
Large fridge freezer for communal use. All facilities were heated. Yes, there are some permanent residents but they are friendly and welcoming.
Some road noise can be heard as it is a busy road but quietened somewhat as the night went on.
Would not hesitate to stay again. £20 per night for our unit and two adults. On hardstanding with ehu.
Small play area for children.
Ideally placed to get into Exeter and Exmouth. Shop and pub nearby. 👍

Sadly the event we were planning to attending has been postponed until 2022. We contacted the owners who were more than happy to role the booking forward without hesitation.
We know from others what a good and friendly site it is, so are looking forward to our stay next year.

Small campsite, ideal for overnight stop. Very clean and modern facilities including laundry room. Good locating for exmouth and Exeter just off motorway.
We stayed 2 nights and had relaxing time. Drive way in could be updated but not an issue. Very quiet. Thanks

Clean warm shower block with hot water. Good kitchen wash up room.
Also family shower room.
Majority seem to be full time residents but this is not a problem. Big field area for dog/child exercise!
Handy for Exeter city centre.
Good value
Customer service low as owner away on holiday but we knew this when we booked so no problem.

Just left after 2 nights of a 3 night booking. The is the worst we've ever stayed on due to noise as it is mainly a living site.
But showers and toilets ok.
Our "neighbour" played tv or radio so loud, we could hardly hear ourselves talk. Cars doors and radios blaring out from 5. 30am. We gave up in the end as were both so tired and packed up and left 9. 10am.
Industrial units back on to the site, fork lift trucks with their beepers from 6am. Never got to see the manager, had to phone him to find our where we put our rubbish. He was totally absent.

The campsite is conveniently sited just off the Exeter to Sidmouth road, but this does not mean that the site is noisy. The site has a number of long term residents and the plots are good quality hard standing. The facility block is of a good standard.
It is ideally situated near Creally Resort. If you have a dog, walks are available on site and at the nearby business park. There is a good pub within walking distance.
Overall a perfectly fine site to act as a base to visit the local area.

The owner was so friendly and helpful you felt relaxed from the start.
The showers and toilets were exceptionally clean and tidy it was lovely and warm with hairdryers and all free with no extra charges.
Other people staying there were helpful and friendly too and it made the stay (even though it was only one night) very pleasant.
Everything was nicely laid out and easy to find.
We will be going back there.

Fantastic campsite, very clean shower block with all the amenities you need,
Fridge for essentials and sinks, washing machines etc,
5 minutes walk through the back to get to Crealy makes it an ideal location.
Richard the owner is very friendly and helpful,
Will definitely be going back.
