We spent 5 nights at Carolyn’s lovely campsite set in a field on the family farm.
Beautiful setting, surrounded by lambs in the fields (it was lambing and calving season), and within easy reach of the waterfalls and the big peaks of the Brecon Beacons.
It’s a small site, quite steep site with some flatter areas (there were a couple of vans and/or tents at the top of the field and nothing in between, and about 3 flat hard standing pitches surrounded by grass at the bottom, where we were).
Because of the hill the site feels quite spacious. EHU for up to 6 I think, you could have EHU and park at the top of the site if you had a very long lead!
I never felt the two toilets and one shower were insufficient (they were being painted when we left but looked fairly newly installed anyway) as it didn’t feel busy. Bathroom kept spotlessly clean despite wet weather. Grey water drain we found, CDP we didn’t need. One fresh water tap at each EHU point.
Carolyn was lovely and I think £8 per adult and £5 per child a fair rate for the setting. No charge for the unit. £10 for electricity per day. We would definitely return.

A great stay!
Easy to find campsite, well located for exploring the Brecon Beacons. Beautiful views and there were lambs and calves on the farm. A short drive to shops, pubs and restaurants.
Clean and new facilities but only one shower - this wasn't a problem as the campsite was very quiet.
Be warned, the field is on a slope, but this wasn't a problem for us.
Friendly owners at a great price. We really enjoyed our stay!.

Very friendly greeting, had one of the best nights sleeps ready for an epic walk the next day.
It was quiet, even though you’re on the farm and clean & tidy shower & toilet block. Thank you

Lovely peaceful rural campsite on a working farm. Excellent value, good clean toilet and shower with a very friendly owner.
Dark sky area.
Will definitely revisit with my wife.
Local pub recommendation from the site owner as a good local to watch the rugby. Unfortunately Wales were already losing when I came out of the shower. I was right to fear the worst so I stayed in my van.
Will visit the next time.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our caravan, while travelling Wales. There are many walks in short distance, especially Corn Du and Pen y Fan, that's why we choose the place.
The place is very silent with nice views to the beautiful landscape. The bathroom is very new with two toilettes and one shower, we only missed a place for washing up.
The bathroom block outside is still not finished and the way from the campsite to it need some improvement.
The owners are very friendly but we didn't see them very often, maybe because we were travelling out of season.
The campsite belongs to a working farm, so you hear dogs and sounds of working in the morning, but this was no problem.
We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for all we want to see and do in the area!

Very quiet location and very friendly owners.
We were greeted by their friendly dog, that only wanted head scratches.
Facilities were modern and always clean.
Campsite was very open and could only need some more flat surfaces.
Would highly recommend!

Booked this site with Huw, (owner), he was extremely helpful on the phone, giving precise directions.
Upon arrival his wife Carolyn met us, lovely and very helpful,
The new facilities are superb, lovely quiet campsite, with a lovely dog who likes to greet you by laying down and exposing her belly for tickle,
Carolyn came to see if we needed anything when we settled, then saw Huw later who kindly obliged with wood for a camp fire,
Saw so many Red Kites flying around as well as buzzards,
Will definitely use this site again and certainly recommend, already recommended to a couple we met up by the waterfalls, who stayed there on our second night,
The cost was very low, only £7:50 per person per night,
Shop only 2 mins down the road,
Loads to see and do, on the first day we climbed Pen y Fan, 886M, superb views, on the second day we went to the waterfalls at Cwm Porth, not to be missed.
It was with regret we had to leave, only due to commitments, looking forward to going back

Had a great stay at the campsite.
The toilet block was very clean and the shower was great.
The owner was extremely friendly.
But for me it was the view from the tent, wow. Thanks
