Lovely and quiet, exceptionally clean field and toilet block,
Likeminded fellow campers when we were there, no noise everyone enjoying the tranquillity.
Farmer herded sheep through the field with his dog while we’re were there which was fantastic to see.

We had such a lovely stay with Huw and Caroline!
The campsite was a field on their farm, with access to two toilets and a shower which were kept very clean. Sharing these was no problem as a group of 9, and we were the only people on the site the majority of the time.
The field was on a slope, but there were enough flat spots along the bottom for us to pitch on, and a gorgeous view of the sunset from the top of the hill!
The site was also only a half an hour walk from a pub in Defynnog and an easy drive to many locations in the Brecon Beacons.
Huw and Caroline were very welcoming and looked after us, and their two dogs and their cat were also very friendly!
It was a pleasure to stay at Llwynstiffilin Farm Campsite, and we would definitely return.

This was my first solo trip and I felt so safe here.
My nervous rescue dog also loved it.
The toilets and shower block were very clean. Very close to Pen Y Fan.
Would 100% return here

Excellent toilet and shower facilities 😀
We had a flat pitch near the entrance which was perfect for access. There was a pub next door and a burger/pizza outdoor facility opposite the pub.
The owner was on site when needed and very helpful for local walks and freezing of ice packs ( which we put inside a freezer bag).
We will probably book here again if in Brecons again.

The campsite was beautifully kept - we pitched up at the top and enjoyed sunset views over the valley.
The toilet and shower were kept clean and the shower was hot.
The owner was lovely and friendly and gave us some nice tips for our onwards travel.
Perfect for walking in Bannau Brycheiniog.

Lovely little farm campsite. The toilets and showers were always nice and clean. You can look at the animals, they could be quite loud in the early hours of the morning but that didn't bother us.
There is a lovely stream that you can go down too and some beautiful woodland walks. The staff were friendly too. If it had a washing machine then it would have been perfect.
Nice location for the Brecon Beacons.
We received a fine for parking at Brecon Morrisons for 13 minutes over the two hours limit (I thought the time was from when the ticket was issued not when we went in). Morrisons staff were no help.
The parking in general in Brecon was a bit of a nightmare, it was easier to drive much further away and park for free.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very easy going and with nice views and being on the farm allowed close encounters with cows, calves, lambs and friendly dogs.
Despite there being a few other groups on the site the single shower and two toilets was never an issue and the facilities were clean and well designed.
The site had easy access to Brecon, the beacons, waterfalls and the great outdoors.
It will be really great when the extra facilities for washing up get sorted and perhaps some labelled bins for rubbish and recycling (we could see that some people were getting it mixed up).
Carolyn was lovely and gave us recommendations for where to go.
Overall great experience!
