 We have visited this site twice now and are about to go again this weekend.
Great site with closed off field where the kids can run around.
Shower and toilet provided are very good for the price you pay. We have always found owners helpful and would definitely recommend.
Not too far from Leyburn although is a drive. Taxi firms in the area are reasonable. Good pubs in Leyburn and ideal base to visit the forbidden corner.

Horrible weather at the moment. Arrived in north Yorkshire, Leyburn, duration unknown. Its like home from home for me. Lots of villages close with markets every day.
Beautiful site, location views adorable. Peace and quiet. Facilities, washroom, and toilet very clean and tidy - cleaned daily.
Will recommend this site to all members and friends. No complaints what so ever.

Nice site with good views, children really enjoyed counting the many rabbits we saw on the drive into/out of the site. Site lovely and quiet.
Toilet, shower and sink in a little wooden hut on the site - shower took 20p's and a few were needed but nice hot water and room big enough for my hubby to help out with getting the children through the shower all at once! Often needed to take our own toilet paper though as the roll was frequently empty.
A little disappointed to see a couple of other units in a different field that still used the toilet on ours (we book 5 van sites knowing that there's only going to be a few people sharing the facilities).
Couldn't comment on the helpfulness of the owner as we never saw them. It was easy enough to find our pitch as it was the only one available when we arrived. I tried a couple of times to pay at the farmhouse but nobody answered the door, by the time we came to leave after 4 nights, I'd still had no success and ended up leaving payment in the mailbox.
A good base for North Yorkshire.
