Our first visit to this site, as located very close to Beer (home of some friends to catch up with) and chosen also due to good reviews.
Nice and quiet site, which already 'homes' a good amount of seasonal vans. The site owners 'leave you to it' basically (which I prefer) and were most helpful and friendly during the booking and on arrival to site.
There are several fields for tourers and tents, the tourers fields beings on a terraced slope (you will need levelling blocks though) and the tent field is generally more level.
Two large and well kept toilet/shower blocks but although there were plenty of water taps on site, the grey waste and elsan were a bit of a trek, being adjacent to the shower blocks.
The site is aimed for views out over Seaton, down the estuary to the sea beyond, with Axmouth being just across the estuary itself. Easy site to access, while being very quiet (no road noise). No club house on site.
Small shop on site, but more of a 'farm-shop' than your usual camp site store as there's a small animal freehold on site too. Of the latter, kids are encouraged to help with feeding and grooming of the animals (chickens, geese, pigs etc).
Kids play area central to the site and very safe, being well away from roads.
Being only a mile or so out of Seaton, there are decent amenities nearby although not necessarily in walking distance.
In conclusion, a pleasant site and worthy of a repeat visit. Reasonably priced and good value.

Nice, laid back & reasonably priced. However, there were many issues. Firstly, we were advised the top shower block would be closest, though we found the showers were lacking somewhat! Tried the showers to the south - a lot better & closer !
Facilities basic but more than adequate for our needs.
Pitches good size, though I think 'hill' would be a better description than 'slope'. We awoke during the night every night having to hoist ourselves back up to the pillows in the bed having slid down the bed! We found some cardboard to even out the kitchen units otherwise this could have been a hazard.
Unfortunately, we were pitched furthest from the dog walk, were you have to go round the playing area to get to it - quite a trek for my 13yr old lab, who was worn out by the time we got there!
There is a horse field adjacent to the dog field, luckily my scottie was more than happy to sniff noses with them, but a small dog could easily get through the gate & into the field with the horses, which again, could be a hazard!
Scenery is currently gorgeous as you look down the valley to the estuary & sea -
However Tescos are building a new store which could be a blot on the landscape! They were building until midnight while we were there, then we were awoken every morning at about 5am by the bird chorus, nice but far too early! Needless to say, we didn't have 1 decent nights sleep while we were there. This will of course finish soon.
The field was wet when we arrived & the grass had not been cut, so my linen trousers were soaked up to my knees by the time I got to the toilet block.
They cut the grass where the caravans are situated but did not collect the cuttings - which made a mess in the showers. There is a 5mile speed limit - but the buggy they used on site went flying up & down the field at quite a speed, with their dogs running alongside it. The collie was aggressive to my younger female lab - who would submit to a cat!
All in all we did enjoy ourselves, but would not visit the area again as all the beaches are pebbly & my dogs could not walk on it.

We visited here at the end of July and it was not very busy probably due to bad weather. We stayed in the tent field which is on a slope but we had a pitch with electric hook up at the bottom of the field which was level. There are 2 shower blocks which were large and very clean although a bit of a trek from where our pitch was. The playground was large with plenty of play equipment although this was a little tired the kids loved it.
The staff are very friendly and enjoy showing the kids around the farm which has a good variety of animals.
The shop although a little small is well stocked and reasonably priced.
The view of the bay from the site is spectacular, the beaches around the area are lovely particularly Charmouth. We also visited Escot park which we would definitely recommend for a visit.
The only downside was that we had to drive everywhere form the site as we didn't fancy the walk or cycle back up the steep hill.

My second visit to this site and I love it!
Adequate facilities always kept clean and owners very relaxed about everything.
My car broke down whilst on site and the staff couldn't be more helpful!
Farm visits and animal feeding very popular with my 8 year old.
Stunning views and lovely walk into seaton although steep on the way back.

Had a great stay at Manor Farm. Staff very friendly. Children loved the playarea / field. Both toilet blocks very clean with loads of toilets/showers. Facilities excellent. Small animal farm an added bonus. Excellent views of the Axe Valley. Site on a slight slope with no problems. Will definitely visit again.
Well positioned for the local tourist attractions. Seaton Donkey Sanctuary was brilliant. You can tram spot from the site. Spent most of the time enjoying the view!

Views from the site were just outstanding. The toilet block had a family shower area which made things easier. Due to the damp morning and fresh grass cutting, small amounts were being carried in the block making it look it hadn't been cleaned when it had.
Playground was loved by the kids. They also enjoyed the farm feeding the baby lambs
Would of liked to have seen the site shop open a bit later. 5 o'clock is too early.
The only thing which was hard to adjust to was the lay of the land (slope) things slid of the table with a little help from the wind.

This site is in a wonderful position with wonderful views. Facilities were very good and kept clean. Pitches were good sizes with plenty of hook ups. There was a freezer for ice packs and this facility was free. Chickens and rabbits roamed freely round the site. The shop was very tiny and the nearest shops/pubs etc were in Seaton about 1 mile away. Seaton is just within walking distance but everywhere else is a short drive away. Would certainly visit again.

We visited this site at the start of August. It wasn't at all busy due to bad weather.
The toilets and shower facilities were fine and stayed nice and clean.
The playground was slightly on the home-made side, but the kids enjoyed it. It was fine for all ages from toddlers upwards. However, on sunny days it was quite noisy until around 10pm, not ideal with small children in a nearby tent.
Our pitch was on a noticeable slope - we had to carefully choose sleeping and cooking angles.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The view was fantastic. On sunny days!

Good site, very quiet despite being quite full. Great shop and playground area. Spacious pitches. Although there is a bit of a slope on the middle camping field it is workable. Very friendly owner. View from middle camping field is superb, but it is a bit of a trek to the shower block, particularly if the weather is inclement. The shower block iteself is fine, plenty of hot showers which are free and well maintained and clean. Plenty of water points around the field.

What a view from this site, you can look over to Axmouth and surrounding areas. The toilets were clean, although a fair hike from our pitch and it was uphill all the way back, but worth it for the view from our pitch. The pitches are grass and I felt that £17 per night would have been excessive if the site was in a different location, but not for this one. Very friendly wardens, who were so trusting, we stayed the night and paid the next morning. Absolutely great site, would have stayed a couple more days if we hadn't booked in somewhere else. A definite find - brilliant.
