August 2005 Lovely campsite, quiet and welcoming, stayed on middle camping field, I did book but they had no record of it when we arrived, so we had to go on the hilly field. Luckily with a trailer tent we managed to adjust our feet to accomodate the gradient. My daughter loved this place as she made lots of friends and wants to go back next year.
I will book next year if I can get a level place.
The views were fantastic and the site clean. The farmers son put on a fun day for the kids with face painting and a bouncy castle which my daughter enjoyed.
It was quiet at night as partying is not allowed past 10 oclock, the regulars in the caravans were very friendly and helpful. It is also a dog friendly site, which is good as my small dog has a tendency to howl for a minute when I go and have a shower even if someone stays with him.

August 2005 Efficient and friendly staff, claen facilities. Do not need to pay for hot showers. The middle field (which is exclusively for tents) is on a slope. However nice views of the bay from here. A walk down hill into Seaton itself, not much there to do ( a very pebbly beach) but the location of the site is great for driving out to other places as it is just off the main A road, yet very peaceful.

August 2004 A relaxed and friendly site - we camped in the tent field which was very quiet even at a peak time of year. More caravans on site, lots of families visiting and a good children's playground which was close enough to keep an eye on but far enough so didn't hear the noise! Little farm area was interesting. Lovely views of coast and valley (and trams!) from the site. Laundry and freezer block facilities. No shop but a petrol station convenience store a few hundred yards up the road.

Summer 2003 Looking for peace and quiet in an easy relaxful area, then this is the site. No frills but affordable rates with a great view over the Axe Valley and Seaton. Ideally situated for touring the area. Safe for the kids and nice people. Good free range supply of eggs.

September 2003 Very nice site with lovely views over the bay. The owners were friendly and they offered very nice eggs for sale. No hassle, free and easy.
We went out for the day in our Motor caravan leaving our chairs to keep our pitch although the site was very quiet. It's just habit. They were taken into safekeeping for us. Thanks
