The site was clean and tidy
The facilities were very good and clean, some of the showers in the main block had sinks.
There is a bar a small shop and a restaurant.
It's a mile walk to the bus stop which goes to Paignton. The walk is down a bridal path.
There is a pub in the Marldon about 1.1/2 miles from the farm.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading the latest trip advisor reviews. We had a warm welcome from the staff and very friendly visitors who helped with the caravan.
The site is very clean and the shower blocks were immaculate. On the first night we visited poppies which serves nice food.
We also went into Gordon's bar where we had an excellent night with entertainment.
The site is in a Good location as it was 10min drive to torquay or paignton.
I would recommend this site.

Lovely site close to Paignton and Torquay friendly clubhouse on site spotless toilets and showers.
Could just do with a few more places around the site for walks.

We had a great stay in this adult only campsite.
The staff were friendly and all amenities exceptionally clean.
Our semi serviced pitch was a very good size.
Paignton and Torquay are easily accessible by bus via a bridal way off the campsite.
We would definitely return.

Lovely and well kept site with very good facilities and very friendly staff.
It has everything you could need and is only 10 minutes from Torquay and Paignton beaches.
Some reviews mentioned the road noise from the bypass but we hardly noticed it in the 5 nights we were there.
No negatives spring to mind other than the little site shop could have been a bit bigger but it has all of the essentials so that really is nit picking.

We were meeting friends on two of the nights so this site was good for the purpose.
Otherwise, the pitches were close together and the views either from the terraces or the fields were not as good as promised.
There is pay wifi.
Poppies Restaurant is unsophisticated but good value and Gordons Bar provides occasional live entertainment.
It is a one-mile walk to the bus stop.

Very friendly site, adult only was the perfect holiday to relax.
Toilets and showers were excellent very clean and tidy.
I only live down the Rd from this camp site, we are new to caravan holidays just went there to put awning up and see what we need.
We will definitely return for a holiday break.
Highly recommended.
No lanes to drive through off road into camp site!

A well organised and pleasant site,
Showers and toilets open and immaculate,
One evening we were entertained in the socially distanced open air by an excellent all round singer, another evening was the outdoor barbeque, and as always the comfy and quiet bar provided a relaxing area.
Recommended.
