Very clean and tidy, good size pitches with TV hook up ( need a long cable) can’t fault the shower facilities best I’ve seen.
Close to town with all local facilities, pub, shops & food outlets.
Snowdon is 11.75 miles there and back from the site a good hard walk be prepared.
If you like the sun ask for a pitch in the sun as a few are in the shade.

The site is well maintained and clean. Wash block is very clean with helpful friendly staff.
5 mins walk through woods which has raised wooden path.
All facilities youd expect, clean water, dirty water and sewage
Definitely stay here again

Booking The stay was easy and efficient,
On arrival the greeting was warm and pleasant, nice people, with good clear info.
The sight is well laid out, very clean and tidy. Showers, toilet block and facilities new and fresh feeling, kept nicely.
The surrounding views and countryside walks are beautiful.
The local town was busy and didn't seem to be coping well, some facilities closed, dining out limited, with long waiting times. But suspect due to Covid restrictions.
All in all one of the best sites I have have used in the UK.
A bit on the expensive side but I can see why, as the site is such a good standard, I will be returning.
8/10
It did rain, but that's not anyone's fault.

Been to this site twice before and it gets better every time we come,
Spotlessly clean and the happiest wardens I’ve ever come across in the 16 years of caravaning
14/10 for me.

Immaculately presented quiet site with lovely views, close to a lake with great walks from site.
Shower block is modern and we'll maintained. However I did not like it closing for 90 minutes at 11am with no alternative toilet facility. Closing later, after midday or having at least 1 toilet available would be better. Welcome could have been friendlier.
The site is protected by CCTV and whilst this is reassuring, it was a little unnerving to feel watched when I was sitting outside my van and the camera is looking at me!

This was our first ever trip in our Motorhome, and we picked a great site.
Staff were extremely welcoming when we arrived and very helpful. Unfortunately we picked a weekend where the rain didn't stop, but we were in Wales after all!
Site is flat and well serviced, and the warden even offered us a free TV cable to try if our TV signal was poor. As it turned out it was fine.
Good amenities incl excellent toilet and showers and MH service point. A 10/15 min walk into Llanberis and lots of coffee shops and pubs were available.
Visited the Slate Museum which was free, most interesting. Would certainly return in better weather

Fantastic site, situated close to the village of Llanberris. Spectacular views of the mountains from our pitch.
Facilities were modern and very clean. Whilst staying the site was fully booked and maintained its cleanliness throughout.
The site is within short walking distance of beautiful walks.

After a particularly difficult start of the year we managed our first weekend of the year and a last minute booking of this gem of a site brought us to the Llanberis touring park. As I said this was a last minute booking and when we arrived we were surprised that we were able to get a pitch. The site is just off the A4086 literally just off the main road but once on site it was so quiet you could have been miles away.
The pitches were all hardstanding and we had a super pitch near the top of the site so everything was there for us. Putting the awning up I was worried about the pegs as the weekend was going to be a bit windy but although the pitch was compacted well the pegs went in easily enough.
The facilities were imaculate and I must say the cleanest toilet block I have encountered in several years. The site manager takes a real pride in the site and it shows from the cutting of the grass to the cleanliness of the toilets. The help yourself herb garden (small donation required) is a really nice touch.
The location of the site has really been thought out as well. At the back of our pitch there was a large pond and my partner loved the ducks and ducklings making that their home. I had to drag her away when it was time to leave. There is a nice walking area at the rear of the site which the dog liked in the morning and before bed. The walk into Llanberis istelf only took 5 of 6 minutes along a lovely path through the woods onto the roadway.
Llanberis is a lovely village full of people going up Snowdon either walking or taking the train. We were going to take the train up to the top as our 13 year old Staffie would need a helping hand to reach the top but they only accept service dogs on the train.
There are plenty of places to eat in Llanberis and we found a pub called the Heights which served real ale and good food.
Back to the site we thought it was perfect the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and if I hadnt had to go back to work we would have stayed longer. We will definitely be spending more time at this site

This is a wonderful site that we visit regularly with our labrador Taffy. It's just off the main road so no driving up narrow, meandering lanes The pitches are roomy and the facilities are modern and clean and a cable gets the tv working.
We enjoy walking up Glyn Rhonwy opposite the park and following the green turnstiles until we come out on the road high above the lake with magnificent views. The road leads downwards and brings you to the entry to the woods above the site.
We also enjoy the walk along the Glyn where we can watch energetic water sports or go down the forest walk to see the lily pond. We sometimes park the van in the car park below Morrisons Caernarfon and walk along the coastal path with its beautiful views of the Menai Straits.
Morrisons is a good place for topping up on diesel and having a cuppa. Then back to the site to put our feet up and relax. The wardens are now friends. The facilities are warm and clean. And I always sleep like a log in this lovely place!
