 Very well organised. Great washing/shower facilities. Level pitch site. Plenty of space. Staff friendly and not in your face.
Very good position being just 5 minutes walk into Kirkby Lonsdale. A bar.
All you need really. Recommend a visit.

Great location within walking distance of the town. Site is very pretty with great view of the hills. External picnic tables set up for the campers to use the external bar. Coffee van set up as well which was great.
Co-vid precautions were good with large marked out pitches and all the campers had own portaloos.
Staff really welcoming and enjoyed every minute. We will be back.

Very well positioned site for strolling into Kirby Lonsdale.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
The site could benefit from one or two updated waste disposal units.

Nice clean site with brilliant views
Really helpful staff and close to the town and river
Went for 2 nights but stayed for 4 we enjoyed it so much
We would definitely go there again

Great site. 10 mins walk from Kirkby Lonsdale which is well located for good walks.
Site has electric hook up and all pitches are well marked and spaced out.

What a great place!
Lots of space with amazing views, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The showers are modern & clean and club bar/coffee shop is very useful.
Kirkby Lonsdale has more than its share of good eateries and quirky shops all a 5-10 minute walk from your tent! Can’t fault it!

Absolutely fantastic place this is our second time here and we will definitely be coming back again next year.
Lovely clean facilities, on site bar, staff are friendly and would go out of their way to help
If I could give it 10 stars it would be very much deserved.

Booked site less than a week before trip. Site is so well located being less than a 10 min walk into centre of town.
The rugby club bar has just reopened and has outdoor picnic tables and benches and a large marquis.
Each site has it's own portaloo which is so convenient and on arrival we were allotted our half hour daily time slot for the shower block.
This is a very pretty site and we had a great stay. Kirkby Lonsdale was just waking up and opening up post covid so it was nice to see people out and about.
The town has a good selection of quality pubs, cafes and beautiful old buildings.

Stayed in a tent, and really enjoyed, nice and flat ground, as you may expect, lots of space, great views and friendly staff. Ideally located and a short walk into kirkby Lonsdale.
The covid thing means you have your own portaloo and a time slot for the shower which worked out really well but mine was at 8am which suited me.
Dishwashing facilities also provided. The bar was open at the club, there is also a coffee trailer of a day, not sure whether they sold snacks as well.
All in all a nice break and I would definitely stay here again

I would like to say a massive thank you to the people at the RUFC campsite for making is possible to camp and for keeping us safe.
The site was brilliant, clean, friendly with amazing views.
