Lovely peaceful location. A short drive into Scarborough and filey. A couple if pubs close by that serve food.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming and facilities really clean.
Would definitely recommend!

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Pauline and her husband (and the lovely dogs).
It was such an easy set up, clean bathrooms and shower and welcoming.
We'll definitely come back again next time we visit Scarborough.

Arrived to a warm welcome, very ample size pitch, to accommodate caravan awning and two cars,
The situation of the site is perfect for visiting nearby areas Scarborough, Filey Bridlington, Flamborough whitby,
Toilet and shower facility,

Very nice and clean site. toilet clean and tidy, although only one but I suppose that’s coz it’s mainly a caravan park. shower ok but could of done with a wash area in there. shower floor slippery and so is shower tray.
Outside wash area only sink for pots if tenting and no hot water but it’s ok
Staff friendly and helpful
We had a very nice couple of days stay.

We were slightly disappointed with this site.
Unaware we had to pay extra for electric which was on meters also if electric was left on departure no refund was offered back.
Lovely views across to the coast but very unsightly to the back with a recycling plant also industrial units.
The noise from the recycling plant was noisy between the hours of 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
Also one of the caravans had 3 dogs which was a seasonal pitch which yapped constantly and was near the facilities.
All in all disappointed so would not be returning.

We were a bit disappointed with this site as it looked a bit tired and a bit of TLC wouldn't go amiss.
The site appears to be divided into 3 sections, a storage area, the main area then what looked like seasonal vans?
The storage area was first so you had to go passed it when getting on and off the site, not ideal? The view past the bottom of the site looked like a landfill again not the best. We found the site quite noisy with with what appeared to be industrial units either side. Dogs barking were also a nuisance.
Finally what was most annoying was that the owners wanted to lock the access gates at 9pm, had local hostileries been open then that would have made for a rushed evening? To be fair however as this is a review we were very late back one evening and the gates were left open. We didn't like being told what time we should return to the site we were having a holiday after all !
We would say that it's well situated but for us not our ideal site. Electricity was via a pre paid card, we paid £22 for 4 nights. Make your own mind up??
