This is a very good little site. Real feel of community. Only a handful of pitches, all large and generous and all with EHU.
The price you pay includes everything, so no power charges and no coins in the showers.
There were plenty of mens showers and toilets, washing up area, a play area with a trampoline and a swing set.
It wasn't very clear what to do on arrival but I eventually spoke to Sue and pitched up.
Very useful location near the sea front in Mablethorpe with all of the touristy beach things to do, and round the corner from a Tesco supermarket.

From the minute we drove in I loved this site.
The pitches are divided and set up so maximum space between units.
Facilities are some of the best Ive seen.
Sue and Graham are always about and busy, very friendly but not invasive.
Site is well sheltered on most sides.
A bus stop just down the road or 2 mins in a taxi for those of us who are slowing down.
Garage 3 doors down is cheapest fuel in the area.
New tesco 2 minutes in a car and the campsite next to Haven has a good supply of gas bottles.
I said to Pat before Sue had spoken to us we will come here again and we will.
This little site is an absolute diamond amongst all the rip off merchants who I have to say I hope they go bust when things settle down.
Cliff, with Pats permission.

This site is located on the edge of Mablethorpe but within walking distance of the beach and shops,
The road is close but is very peaceful as there are plenty of trees and set far enough back to reduce any noise.
The owners Graham and Sue are hardworking and always try to accommodate every need which is reasonable.
Sue and Graham are very accessible, always working to keep the site nice, clean and tidy.
The site has benefited from work done in lockdown so now the pitches are clearly marked out, there is a separate mens' and separate ladies' toilets/showers, washing-up area and an accessible toilet/shower.
Some sites we have been to do not have separate bins for items to be recycled but Ivydene does which is very good.
The cost of the site is very good value especially with prices going up and it is nice to find a site that does not change its' prices due to the season.
There is also free wi-fi. For those with young children there is a play area with swings/slide/trampoline.
We like this site and have been visiting 1-2 times a year.

What an amazing site.
I’ve visited sites around the uk and nothing compares to this little gem.
Everything you’d need is here. Showers and toilets are absolutely immaculate and the site itself is spotless. Really large pitches which you don’t see very often on similar sites.
Plenty of a local amenities so you don’t have to go far for shopping or entertainment.
The site is well sheltered and the pitches are level. With the grass cut short.
Washing up facilities as a camper were fantastic.
Easy walking distance to Mablethorpe and it’s fantastic beaches.
This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to.
Can’t recommend this beauty enough.
One really happy camper🙂🙂😎😎

Lovely small site, spacious private pitches and fantastic facilities.
Friendly owners. Easy walk on pavements into Mablethorpe and the esplanade.
Also pavements to the aquapark and golf at the Grange.
Can cycle along esplanade.
Public footpath opposite site across field was non existent on ground. Not the sites fault.
