Definitely a hidden gem! Toilets/showers always clean, never a wait.
Location was close to shops, beaches, activities.
Although close to well-traveled road, it was very quiet and peaceful.
Play area for the kids was a lifesaver. Can't recommend enough.

Just returned today from spending 7 nights at Ivydean. The owners are a lovely couple, the site is very clean, set out well, and all the amenities you need.
The toilets and showers were fab and looked like new but also kept very clean. Although no washing machine facility, we used the laundrete in Mablethorpe.
We had 2 large tents and a smaller tent for 2 teenagers and 3 dogs between 6. We were given the bottom end of the field which was 2 pitches but plenty of room to spread out and still have privacy.
Also the site was nice and quiet, but also looked good with all the flowers that they had around. Bonus was it was about 5 min car ride or 20 min walk into Mablethorpe.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Just stayed for 4 nights. Very nice site. Spacious pitches. Beautiful toilet blocks.
We never ever use public facilities but used these all the time. Like being in a hotel.
20 minutes to the amusements.
Would highly recommend and stay again. A good price too.

Absolutely amazing site! Really good value for money. My daughter loved the children’s play area which, even though they suggest to ‘use at own risk’ is set really far back from the road and has a multitude of equipment safe and fun for the kiddies.
The bathrooms are astounding, the showers put my own to shame as the site has way more powerful showers than we do at home! The cleanliness of the entire place is out of this world!
Sue and Graham are lovely people who are very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be returning to this site next year and for a full week this time, bringing extra family too!
The site is really well situated just a few minutes drive from the town centre and both beach car parks. Little bit far for my 8 year to walk in both directions but a lovely 15 minute walk down the one road to all the shops, restaurants, take always, attractions etc, Lidl is around a 7 minute walk away, 2 minute drive.
Absolutely amazing short break, really didn’t want to leave!

Lovely quiet small site but generous pitch size. Owners are friendly and helpful. The showers are amazing and set within a lovely clean block. Each toilet cubicle is equipped with wash basin mirrored shelf and hooks.
Further sinks outside for washing dishes etc.
Site is about a mile walk from sea front if you turn right out of site and proceed straight. Do not turn left at sea front sign as this is much longer!
Interesting selection of shops to visit and plenty of cafes, pubs etc for food and drink. Fairground amusements and arcades.
Beautiful sandy beaches with a very long section dedicated to dog exercise!
A lovely place for families, couples nd extremely dog friendly too!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the weather and will definitely book again.

This is our third year coming to this site and it will not be our last. Sue and Graham are a lovely couple, and the site is so well kept.
The improvements they have made since last year are outstanding new lady's toilet and showers, plus a disable toilet and shower.
Set bays now with enough room for (caravan /tent /motorhome) awning, car and sitting out area.

We stayed for 3 nights at Ivydene Caravan site and I have to say it was very enjoyable.
The toilets, showers and washing up facilities were lovely and modern and very clean as they were cleaned regualy and we felt at ease using everything particuraly during the current climate.
Graham and Sue are nice people and lovely hosts and have a small and intimate site but very welcoming and relaxed.
All pitches have electric hook up and can accommadate both large tents and caravans / Motorhomes.
Charges per night are reasonable and include all facilities.
There is access to a protected WIFI network but we didn't have the need to try it so don't know whether it is for public access or you have to pay for it?
All in all a very enjoyable short break at Ivydene and would highly recommend!

Wonderful site lovely and clean and well maintained.
Sue and Graham were brilliant from the moment I arrived Graham helped me pitch my van after me not using it for 10 years and after managing to blow a fuse and my tap blowing off the whole campsite helped sort me out.
The kids loved it and the play area.
