 Lovely campsite had a lot of rain before we got there pools of water on site but they found us a nice dry spot. Nice walk into borth. Lovely people running the camp site. Toilets spotless bit of a walk from the tent site. Lovely play area for the children we will be going back as soon as we can

We love visiting Glanlerry Caravan Park. Phil and family are very helpful and friendly, and we always find the atmosphere very pleasant. The other campers are always very sociable. Our three children love it, and we love that it's very tranquil, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. This will be our fifth consecutive visit to Glanlerry, and we'll just keep coming back. The only slight drawback is that there is no toilet block on the actual camping/tent site, which can be a disadvantage with a young child when you have a bit of a trek to the shower/toilet block. It's only a slight drawback when we think of how much we enjoy our time there.

We stayed for a weekend - nice site with plenty of pitches and usefully sheltered from the worst of the wind. Very friendly owners. Like another reviewer - not impressed with the shower block a fair walk and in the middle of the mobile home area - showers were OK but run on tokens - one of my pet hates on a campsite! Unbelieveably some people used their car to go to the block and back!

It was a good campsite, nice surroundings, scenery etc. Good price for camping. Near to town, nice 10-15 minute walk along river, or 5 mins drive.
Good family atmosphere around and amongst other campers.
Only criticism is that there is only one shower and toilet block at the top end of the site, and the camping and caravan end is a long way down the bottom, so it's a long way to go if you need the loo at 2am, or even a shower at 6pm, Me and my husband drove down there to use it!!!
But overall it was good, worth going to if you need a site in Borth.

Glanlerry was more than suitable for our weekend visit to Borth. The site is very well maintained, quiet and ideally suited to children, having a play area and being situated only half a mile from the beach. The camping field itself is large and level. There are ample electric hook-ups available elsewhere on the site if required.
The site owners are friendly and the price was very reasonable indeed.
We would definitely use this site again.

every year
i love Glenlerry! when we all go as a family its great, the kids love the river. And so do the adults. the park is ideal for the children when they are unable to play in the river. The main field is large enough to play sports on. Its close to the animalarium. Within walking distance to the town and beach. The owners (phil and family) are the nicest people you could meet. Enjoy going there every time, come rain or shine!! Thanks Glenlerry!
