Very clean and tidy site. We had a large pitch with views over the fields, well drained and quiet. If you take a pitch at the top of the site, you'll hear some road noise but the traffic is light. Toilets and showers are in separate rooms in the utility block. If you find them a little narrow, there is a full shower and toilet for ladies and gents in the washing up room. All very clean and tidy. The site owners left us to get on with things, not in your face all the time but pleasant when we saw them. We had EHU - electric point was quite a way from our pitch but they happily loaned an extra, long cable. The site has a small shop but we never saw it open, probably as we were always out exploring this beautiful area. Highlights were St Davids, Pembroke Castle and a trip to Skomer to see the puffins. If you want to visit Skomer, get to Martins Haven by 8 am for tickets! There is a queue for the 3 or 4 sailings and you can't prebook and they go like hot cakes. One of the best days out we've had. If you go to Pembroke Castle make sure you join Gareth's free tour, engaging and very informative and well worth your time. Broadhaven beach was our favourite, lovely sandy bay, big carpark if you come in from the Haverfordwest direction, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Phone signal was patchy, no wi fi on site.

Lovely place. Easy to find and not to far from some lovely beaches. Felt safe here with a good shop which my kids loved. Pitch was a very good size, we went for super pitch with electric hook up. Had a dog area which was great to take her off the lead. Showers and toilets were very clean and not too busy. Would definitely go again. Kids loved it.

Very nice camping with a feeling of large space due to central grass playground and open view, with an angle allowing a sea view (no from all pitches). Toilets and showers comfortable and well maintained. Caravan pitches are covered by gravel. We had a pitch close from toilet block, so easy to get water and access to facilities. Location of the camping makes it very quiet, no train or whatever in the surroundings and the road is calm at night. Negative feeling though for some tariffs. If you have an open awning there is no supplement. If your awning is closed or if you have a ground pad, there is an additional fee. They have wooden tables/benches but you have to pay 1, 50 pound to rent it. A bit strange, to my experience.

We booked for 7 nights but only stayed for 6. Upon arrival, the site looked lovely as did the surrounding area, we were I think greeted by the owner, who was I have hate to say not very friendly, not as you would expect being in the leisure business. We were given rule on the recycling which I felt I dare not do! but we made a joke about it all week.
we were TOLD where to park (had to be on the right of our super pitch )
Dogs are allowed but this site is no where near dog friendly - the small dog walk ! is no where near big enough for a small dog and they just expect the dog to use it as a toilet. As dog lovers it wasn't good.
Les the warden ( he was lovely ) helped us put up the tent in the wind and helped us with a extension lead for the electric.
The electric did cut out on night, so we couldn't re blow up our bed and our cool box stopped working, it came back on at 7:20 am but they didn't come and apologise, which would of been nice.
We don't have young children but there was just a flat field with goal posts for them.
The showers and facilitates are really clean and nice
All in all we wont be going back to this site although the area is beautiful.

We have stayed at redlands many times, in a tent previously but just upgraded to a caravan and wanted to go somewhere familiar for our first outing. Always had a great time here, site is very well laid out with very large pitches. There are beautiful sea views from the site. The facilities are immaculately clean. Never need to queue for toilets or showers. Kitchen and cleaning area very well equipped. Little shop in reception which is well stocked and very handy. We were accompanied by a family member staying in a tent and the owners were good ensuring we could be next to each other. Also very helpful when reversing our caravan for the first time! Noticed people's comments about rules - that's true but think it helps to provide a consistent service. Every time we've been we've had the same standard and lovely holidays. We will be back again next year for sure.

We did a last minute booking for this site. My husband and I camped for 3 nights with our two young children and dog. Beautiful campsite, with lovely views. We had a standard pitch which was very generous in size and plenty of room for the children to run around and play. The facilities were dated but very clean- which is the main thing. The only negative is the number of 'rules/instructions' they have. Upon arrival we were handed a sheet of paper of these rules and there are a lot of reminders around the site - literally everywhere! This may be because the owners have had previous bad experiences and feel that people need reminding but I feel that the amount of signs/reminders are not necessary. For me, the location of this site makes up for the negative. It's peaceful and is a perfect place for a quiet couple of days away!

We really loved this site. Friendly owner. Everything on website is so true. Peaceful, rural, seaviews, excellent facilities (so clean). Large pitches is an understatement they are extra large with a larger than average space between them.
We were just 2 adults but the space in the middle of the field would be great if we had our grandkids. They could have played while we kept an eye on them Its so unusual now as owners tend to use every bit of space for pitches.
The price is so reasonable especially with the offer of free nights.
We intend returning if we are in the area again.

This is a great site with friendly and helpful owners. It is well situated to tour Pembrokeshire and the pretty sandy beaches. Good, clean showers and toilets. Nice sized plots so you don't feel on top of your neighbours. Some pitches are bit of a walk from the water points, but not too much of a problem. Will definitely return to this site.

Our first visit to Redlands as we were giving our new caravan a shakedown. We visit this area a lot and needed a well equipped site to break us in gently.
On arrival we were met by the owner and shown to a choice of pitches whereupon he assisted us in getting the caravan in the correct position.
The facilities were delightfully clean and very functional, perfect for our type of camping. The utility room was brilliant with plenty of room and information.
The field is well tended with short grass and nice area for children to play.
Everything was clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be using the site again as it is in a perfect spot to explore the coastal path in this area being very central to the peninsula. There is such a lot within easy reach including the fantastic Marloes Beach.

Another outstanding weekend away. Thank you. This was our 2nd visit to redlands. This time my sister came with us but she was camping we were given pitch close together which made things much easier. All the kids had a brilliant time playing on the playing field. Very clean as always. Good little shop on site. Always made to feel welcome. Brilliant beach not far away. Will be back soon.
