First time on this site, Owners the most friendliest people we have ever met. Couldn't do enough for us. Site just outside Blackpool centre, Just along the road from supermarket. Will definitely recommend this site. Thanks again Brenda & Keith. Hope to see you again in the near future.

Small site on the outskirts of Blackpool, owned by the most friendliest people we have ever met, who couldn't do enough for you. Site siuated in their back garden with electric, water and chemical disposal near hand. No shower but clean toilet and washing facilities. Thanks Brenda And Keith for a great weekend, we will definitely be back.

Thankgoodness for Greenacres, if it wasn't for those nice people my holiday and birthday would of been ruined. Nice quiet site located close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and although they don't have showers, only a sink and toilet, it was good - that's what camping is all about and for only £5 per tent per night we were really happy. Well worth it and we will return there again, cheers both and thanks again. Chris and Mark

After reading the previous reviews I decided to give this a try for my first ever Camping experience. At first glance I was bit unsure, but once I met Keith who gave me options of where to pitch I felt like I was with friends. Both Keith and Brenda were amazing and really, really friendly. I look forward to returning and spending some more quality time here.

Stayed at Greenacres for the second time, we had a fantastic time, the kids made their own fun. Brenda and Keith are lovely and I agree with the point someone else said - you feel like you can leave your stuff safely at the campsite. We had brill water fights with the kids and Brenda and Keith did not complain at all. The site only has a toilet and sink, which is good, because at least there's something there. We went to Morrisons in the mornings and had a lovely cooked brecky, also morrisons is very nearby as well as Tescos and lots of other shops. It was about a 10 min drive to Blackpool. The rates are billiant, Brenda charged us £14 per night for 4 adults 2 x 16 year olds and 4 children in one tent, fantastic value for money. Also Brenda sells drinks really cheaply and has been pointed out Brenda and Keith are very very friendly.

Nice little CS, the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Location is very convienient with shops and main routes into Blackpool on the doorstep. This is one of the few small sites in Blackpool to still take tents which is a bonus.
One thing to note is that when the site is busy the one toilet isn't sufficient so it would be best to take your own san.

Having read the reviews on here my wife and I decided to make this our first try at camping. It was basic but only staying two days it was ideal. The owners were very friendly and helpful and at only £5 a night, you can't argue with that. Just 5 mins out of Blackpools beaches too.

I have just spent three days here, in my opinion it is a small site (in their back garden) which is more like a field than a garden. We paid 20 pounds and if you consider how close it is to Blackpool it was a bargain, there was me, my partner, three kids and a dog, we even had an electric hookup. I have already rebooked - well worth the money

We have just spent the weekend here and it is a really well run and friendly site, Brenda and Keith are fantastic hosts who just like to see people are happy with there stay there, it is a small site situated in there back garden but there was plenty of room to pitch our 4 man tent. There are lots of supermarkets a short drive from the site (Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, Spar) there is also a chippy nearby (short drive away) Blackpool beach is 5 minutes away in the car, this is a great base for Blackpool and very cheap £5 a night for the tent. We got there Saturday morning at 11:30 and stayed till Sunday afternoon 17:30, we payed for 2 nights but Brenda gave us £5 back because we didn't stay the Sunday night and she wouldn't take no for an answer, I cannot stress how nice these people are, and me and the wife will defiantly be going back there again this year. There is only one toilet and wash basin there but who cares we had a great time there.

We were there for the may bank holiday weekend. The directions we were given were spot on. It's a small site but we had ample space, the couple who run it were lovely and friendly. It is also only a short drive from all the main attractions and beach. Ideal for a short break as only a toilet no showers. We will be using it again for our weekend away.
