This is the worst site i have ever been too. Pitchs are far to small, being so close together that the council had been called out just the week before, because of complaints.
The toilets were dirty, showers ran cold, also a neibouring tourer had spotted a rat in the shower gully. The so called cleaners were outside the loos at 5. 30 am smoking and laughing giving no thought for the sleeping customers of this park.
The entertaintment complex smelt of sick.
Hunstanton itself not bad, but there was a lot of cafes and chipshops, but not many other shops.
This was the worst holiday park i have had the misfortune to go to.

Very friendly welcome busy site good value for money just a few minutes walk to town centre. Toilets clean and well maintained, good club house. I must say that quite tightly packed together but not enough to put me off going there again. You are five minutes walk from the sea and the promenade which is a lovely walk weather permitting. There are loads of restaurants fish and chip shops ect. All in all a very well placed site at a good price.

Good place for kids of all ages. The pool was very good for a warm day and it was good for many ages. The showers were clean but there was only three so it meant queues were likely. The park was much better than the pictures showed. The noise levels were ridiculously high, all day from passing traffic and maintenance vehicles. The children's cordial and slush were a reasonable price. The entertainment was very good around 10pm for all ages, and very good dance floor.
My parents would of liked a bar nearby to sit out side and watch the stunning sun set over the sea in the evening. I would definitely recommend the old hunstanton beach as it was very nice. The toilets were cleaned everyday but unfortunatly people were not respecting them. The pub food on site was a good price and was tasty. I may return back next year.

On arrival we were directed to the Touring area, however there is no pitch allocation, so it is a case of find a spot and pitch up.
Pitches are of a reasonable size and relatively level. However we did experience flooding after heavy downpours.
The Entertainment complex is clean and modern, having benefited from a recent refit.
Meals are not cheap, but not excessiveley expensive either. Decent quality if you do not fancy cooking.
There is an outdoor heated pool, which is adequate, but could do with a good clean up and modernisation.
Toilet block is again in need of a good clean and make over, three showers, one very small, one without a shower curtain and one without coat hooks. Adequate if you need a quick spruce up. Keypad access to all toilet blocks.
No shop on site is a definite down point.
Location wise the site is ideally located. 5 minutes walk to Tesco and the sea front, where there is a small theme park with rides and amusements.
The Beach at Hunstanton is ok, but there are much better beaches at Brancaster about 15 minutes drive. Excellent Crabbing to be had at Wells-next-the-sea, about 20-30 minutes up the road.
Sandringham Estate is about 10 minutes away, which is well worth a visit.
For more care and attention, an update and a good clean, this could be a very nice site. Overall we quite liked it, the location is excellent and the area has plenty to offer.

Do not stay here!
We had a £9-50 sun holiday that ended up with all the 'service/heating/linen charges' costing over £100 for 4 nights & when got there the van was the pits. Cobwebs everywhere, it smelt, the kettle leaked when pouring boiling water!
There was brown smelly water under the cutlery rack!
No testing done for over a year on the electrical items & the gas boiler had no 'gas safe certificate' in the van!
The shower had mould on the door!
The whole van looked like a workmans van that was 20 years old!

We went with our 2 children (4 and 8 yrs) over the Whitsun school holiday and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Upon arrival the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and directed us by map to our pitch. The pitches were not numbered so caused a problem when trying to locate ours but the touring warden soon helped us and pushed our caravan into the correct position. The site is situated within 5 mins walking distance from Tesco and 10 mins walk from the beach. You can walk into the town in around 15 mins or catch the land train from the site next door, which the kids loved (small fee).
The Clubhouse was clean, modern and well appointed with restaurant, which we used a few times and every meal was of good quality and reasonable value. The evening entertainment was good but drinks prices were high. Each day there was an hour or so of children's activities which our kids enjoyed. The club toilets were very clean, but the touring shower/toilet block was less desirable!Very old and in need of updating, but if you just want a quick freshen up the water was hot and served its purpose. Good free washing up facility and excellent laundry (small fee). The warden came round to check all was ok and to ask if anything could be improved.
Outdoor swimming pool was a good size and very warm and they even let us swim in torrential rain! Seats and sunbeds were also available.
Very nice park for the kids, but did get very busy and if pitched too near it was really noisy from 7 in the morning!
The staff were all extremely friendly, more so than any other site we have visited.
We will definitely return next Whitsun.

As previously stated the site is easy to get to and well sign posted, booking in is easy and there is a choice of pitches (if not full),
The warden meets you and shows you which pitches are free, he is very friendly and knowledgeable,
Pitches are grass all have hook up and are spacious, however some did experience problems with flooding when there was heavy rainfall, with bins and water points nearby with the site is kept clean and tidy.
The beach and town are within walking distance, and bus stops outside main entrance if you wish to leave your car at home and go exploring. The pool is lovely and warm with life guards watching, and there is a nice spectator area where you can get refreshments.
However there are some downsides - toilet and shower facilities leave a lot to be desired, very old and need a deep clean, only three showers in ladies and mens, the third in each having no hooks or benches to put towels etc, and one in the mens has only a shower curtain and no door, and the water temp very hot, ladies water OK.
One toilet in each were blocked for our entire stay, however there was always plenty of loo roll, and they were cleaned couple of times a day, but as said before really need deep clean. Keypad entrance to facilities works well.
The restaurant was OK, pub grub really but not too pricey, and there was entertainment every evening which yes can be heard from the touring park but ends at 11pm and then quiet.
Overall I don't think we would rebook

We've stayed there for 5 nights. Luckily we've booked in advance because the site was full. It's easy to find and located quite near to the sea front (5 min) and a Tesco is over the road. There is a bar and some entertainment each evening which can be heard when they don't close the doors of the kitchen. You can have breakfast for reasonable prices. The pool looked quite nice, but we didn't use it. There is also a small amusement hall, as all over around the seafront. All facilities are located near the entrance in one large building. A playground is also there. There are signs telling 'No Ball Games and No Kites'.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The pitches are all grassy, level and quite large.
But! The toilet cabins were very small and narrow. The showers were old and smelly, there is mould in the corners and the drain looked like is hasn't been cleaned for years as does the shower curtain. There is no board where to put your stuff and your shower gel, just a hook at the door. There is no ventilation and no window to open. This toilet block definitely needs to be renovated.
They promote their statics at every opportunity (ok, the statics occupy over 90% of the area, so that's their main business).
All in all a good place if you don't intend to use the toilet block

Norfolks Best Kept Secret. The signs are actually Park Resorts
On arrival we were given a pack with details about the site, the facilities and the entertainment
At the moment they don't allocate pitches so its first come first served for the pitch that you like
Everyone very helpful and polite
The touring site was easy to find just around the back of the club house, with more than enough pitches to choose from.
A lot of the touring people are regulars to Manor Park and they enjoy holidaying on the park.
Touring is open from Easter to November but the statics are open 11 months per year.
The toilets, showers, laundry room were all very clean.
It's a 5 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk from the town which is very useful. Tesco over the road.
The park is well maintained and after around the posher end was well impressed so much we decided to buy our own static.

This was our first visit to this park.
This park is so easy to locate. The signs were being changed upon arrival as this park is now owned by British holidays. We had no help to locate a pitch or where the facilities were. We were just told to go and help ourself and a site map was given.
The touring site was just at the entrance and near to all facilities. We arrived at 12:30 on the Friday and had more than enough pitches to choose from.
The park itself is well maintained and after cycling around the posher end was well impressed.
The toilets, showers, laundry room were all very clean.
It's a 5 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk from the town which is very useful. Everyone we met on site were happy as well and the staff were very good. Drinks were a bit pricy. Handy having a tesco over the road.
We met a couple in a motorhome who had been going to this site for 25 years and mentioned that they had had to pay extra for their dog for the first time this year.
On the whole, very good site and look forward to visiting again.
