The pitches on this site are quite large and very centrally placed for the entertainment.Nice clean site, quiet compared to Searles but a nice relaxing site. To use the disabled toilet/shower room you had to pay a £5 deposit, (why a radar key couldn't be used as in most places I don't know). The down side for me was the showers/toilets they were dark and only 3 showers in the ladies. One of which had a shower tray and curtain and it was dirty whilst we were there, I never saw the cleaners in there over the 3 days we were there!. Also the entertainment block, swimming pool, arcade weren't that easy to get into with a wheelchair and access to reception was non existent.

Very mixed site with in the main privately owned statics, some genuine 60's looking concrete chalets (should be listed before they knock em down) and a 4 rows of 9-12 deep touring pitches. Pitches are tight for van, awning and car. Most were parking in front of their rigs. I visited in 2006 and they have 'smartened' it all up with high standards of tidiness. Toilet block is good, showers free and do the job with those push in type taps that stop the water when they release. Water was nice and hot but not so in the next door facility for washing up.
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere not control / regimented. Children have a small pool next to bigger swimming pool of outdoor type(being covered for 2010) - as ex lifeguard I was impressed at times to see three lifeguards - poolside refreshments come from club and at 1.25 for tea and 1.45 for coffee in a small cardboard cup I felt they were taking the mick big time. The club caters for all ages from line dancing to afternoon cartons-from cabaret in the evening to children's entertainers early on and of course cash bingo. Ricky Valance (tell Laura I love her) was on and although said he was 58 years in 'the business' entertained us well. All in all I would return again to the site- -you can walk everywhere as it is all 5 to 15 minutes to tesco, the town, the town beach-- or take the Searles little train for £1 to the Cliff beach at the opposite end of Hunstanton. British seaside and it is what you expect it to be, it doesn't pretend to be anything else.Recommended especially for families on a budget. Club drinks £3/pint--meals starting from £5.95 adults £1.99 children's.

I really enjoy visiting Hunstanton & if you are touring it's the choice of either Manor Park or the more expensive 5* Searles Holiday Park. I have camped at the latter which is great. But expensive, especially if you do not plan to use the facilites. I really rated Manor Park. The pitches are a good size & very flat. Toilets/showers look if they have been recently upgraded & are a very good standard. There is a swimming pool on the site which I did not use so cannot rate this. There is a club which is open to around midnight, a bit naff but worth a visit!. You can walk into Hunstanton by the beach or by the road, takes 10-15 minutes. There is also Tesco approx 5 mins walk away. I recommend the friendly Waterside Bar, on the beach just past the fair. Good food & drinks on offer. What is great about this bar is that you can take your dog inside, for a civilised drink.

We ended up here after finding out that Serles next door wouldn't accept 2 dogs this time of year. We found this to be an excellent site with all the facilities we needed at a much better price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even phoned me on my mobile after we left as they had something handed in that they thought was ours! Nothing was too much trouble.
Free outdoor pools were a good temperature and two life guards on site all the time we were there. No changing rooms next to pools so you need to get changed at your caravan but that wasn't a problem to us. Amusements and club on site. Found drinks at club to be a bit dear.
Entry to toilet block and showers is with a bar code. If I was going to find any fault at all with this site it was that you had to take your own soap to toilets with you as none provided. Not a big problem but I did forget a couple of times and had to wash hands at caravan. Security toured site through night and were on gates after a certain time. Tescos very close. Beach, Fair and shopping area only a short walk away. We will definitely be using this site again.

A large commercial site with a mixture of statics and a good size touring section catering for caravans and camper vans. We arrived Friday night having pre-booked a pitch this is a must as they are often fully booked. Reception is open till 8pm and were very helpful if a bit vague on which pitches are vacant. All the plots have electric hook up and there are adequate stand pipes for fresh water around . The toilet and shower block is reasonable and was kept clean all the time we where there. We had some initial reservations about the levels of noise as all the pitches were full and a large number of children were using where the play area which is at the end of the touring site but they have security walking around at night and are quite strict about noise levels. The club is quite good and serves adequate food, all the facilities are open to tourers booked on site with a open air heated swimming pool and live entertainment in club in the evening. If you want a site very close to the town and Beach's of Hunstanton this Site is well worth considering especially if you have young children in your party. There is no shop on site but a large Tesco open till 10pm is a short walk a way.

August 2005 We have just returned from a 2 day break in our motorhome - and it was a complete disappointment. The toilet and shower facilities were not to a standard we are used to at other sites and did not see any sign of cleaners on Sunday. The ladies toilets were not clean all day on Sunday. The showers were small, unpleasant and filthy during our stay, heard people complaining that the water was cold too. I queried the lack of soap in the toilets and was told in an extremely unpleasant and argumentative fashion that people have to supply their own. This is not exactly convenient if you happen to 'pop in' whilst on the way to the reception, pool or clubhouse as it involves going back to your motorhome / caravan and getting your soap and then taking it back afterwards. The only alternative is not bothering to wash hands after using the toilet - this was the chosen option of most people who I saw using the ladies toilets (UGH!) There is no shop on the site, when asked why the response was that there is a Tesco up the road - not very convenient for disabled or close enough to pop in for a pint of milk! We found management to be very unpleasant and unhelpful with the comment that 'if you don't like it - go home'. There are notices to say that they will not tolerate noise after 11pm - the noise from their own clubhouse until the early hours would drown out anyone else's noise! We have always stayed at Searles in the past and only used this site as Searles was full - should have stayed at home! Would not recommend this site under any circumstances and glad we were only there for 2 days. We were part of a much larger party who had all met up there and we all felt the same about the place, none of us will ever go there again.

July 2005 Site was very good with a couple of exceptions. Cost was £12 per night for a caravan and occupants with electricity.
Good points were the clubhouse, Swimming pool, and the pitches which were lovely.
Bad points were how unclean and outdated the toilets / showers were and the fact that a group of travellers visited the site while we were there.
overall, we will definitely go back as the good point outnumber the bad ones.

Aug 2003 Recommended to me for children. Found that to be the case, children club at lunchtime and 8-9pm in clubhouse in the evening. My lads loved it-especially the arcade which to me was a negative. Swimming pools very good and club good with good value evening meals. Small playpark immediately in front of touring pitches. Touring area very limited although plenty room for van/awning/car. Very popular with families, 2 minutes from seafront and beach, 5 to town (walking) Shower/toilets controlled by bar coded pass cards so are in tip top condition. Liter free and dogs on leads (no sign of mess on site but seen on footpaths to beach and town off site)and good litter controls. All in all I would recommend for families. On a scale of up to 10 I would say almost an 8.
