Not much to say I'm afraid!
Other than, what a beautifully organised and spotlessly clean place, in an ideally situated location next to the main road with easy access to SE Devon. Dartmouth / Torquay / Newton Abbott / Exeter, all within spitting distance.
And as for Trago Mills in Newton Abbott, there's your ideal rainy day escape. Nice in the sun too!
You can stroll around the race course infield road, ride your bike in safety, easily push a wheel chair even.

Stayed here en-route to Cornwall, was strange to be camped in middle of racecourse but as no races while we were there novelty soon wore off, found warden when booking in to be most unfriendly, plus site is basically in middle of nowhere so need to drive in the car to get anywhere, was torrential rain when we arrived and continued raining throughout but site remained well drained.
Toilets and showers were clean and of a good standard although the water pressure could be a bit higher. We visited Sidmouth and Exeter, but would not use this a holiday destination but may use again as stopover point for Cornwall but only for an overnight stay.

We stayed here as Mark was running in the great west run. My parents told us it was a nice site. Yes it is, but not at the beginning of May in a tent. The wind howled through everything. We froze the first night and had to go out and buy two duvets, even then it was still cold. The site is flat and you can watch horse racing on some days. The toilet units were very clean and everyone on the site friendly. The Hosts were very accommodating in allowing us to charge up a mobility scooter free of charge. Id go back if we were in a caravan. Not the ideal place for awnings though. I did wonder why so many had the extra tie down straps over them. It is situated right at the brow of the hill on the M5/A38 with access in two minutes. Central to lots of places and a good mid way point for going down to Cornwall.

First trip of the new year with the tent and three dogs. Immaculate site with superb toilet, wash, shower and dishwashing facilities. Small area for tents as mainly caravan site. Yes, open with little shelter as in the middle of the racecourse but lovely setting in amidst the heather and gorse. Great for dogs (and owners) as the former can be exercised just off site in the middle of the racecourse. Very welcoming wardens and little shop on site. Close to the Haldon Forest Centre (just over a mile) which is great for walking and cycling; also close to coast for beaches and coastal walks.

Good place to stop over when off further west, although close to the main road not noisy particularly, very novel to be in the middle of a racecourse. Excellent clean facilities and very good facilities for exercising children & dogs. Recommended.

Very easy to find, just follow the signs for the racecourse! We arrived found out spot and just took a peg out of the board to show the pitch was occupied. You just pay in the morning. Fairly flat site, in the middle of the actual race track, so I don't know what happens on race days.
Toilets were spotless, modern and plentiful whilst we were there. The only very slight downside was that the road can be sometimes a bit noisy. Just make sure you have a long power cable as the power points can be some way off. Will visit again as it makes a great stop over on the way down to Cornwall
