We stayed at this site for a long weekend (3 nights) and had a fantastic time. The site was well kept and very flat, so great for camping, the toilets were clean and tidy too. The site is located down a small road, so is set well back from the road, and we didn’t hear any noise from traffic. There’s great scenery around the site too. We walked into Llandovery from the site – (with pavements all the way) and it only took 20 minutes, so everything is close and at hand. The rugby club is by the entrance to the site, and we went into the club for food and drink one evening, it was reasonably priced, and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. We’d certainly recommend it and would stay there again.

Very nice quiet site highly recommended if you want a safe quiet place to stay. Seasonal pitches available. Electric 10 amp and water taps every 2 pitches. Dai who runs the site is a very nice guy. Showers and toilets are basic but work very well. Grass is cut weekly. Field is totally flat. Even with heavy rain it does not get muddy. No rubbish left about. Town is a short walk away with plenty of shops and takeaways. Easy to drive to Camarthen 26 miles away. Wonderful views. This site is a joy to be on.

In the rugby club grounds- bit tricky to find, as it's in an industrial estate.
The site has nearly 100 hookups. This is because it was used for a couple of years by pipeline construction workers, but they've all gone now. Mixture of hard standing and grass. Water point every two pitches. Toilets not very pleasant. The elsan point does not have water.
Didn't try the club, but there is a kiddies park next to it.
Town has a variety of small shops, with a small supermarket at it's eastern end.Couple of pubs, but did not try them either.
Good for a stopover, but I wouldn't spend a holiday there.
