Very entertaining watching the jets come and go.

It’s only a 30 minute walk over the golf course into Rhosneigr.

The owners are very friendly & accommodating and site is very reasonably priced good value for money.

Thanks Carl & Fiona for a pleasant stay.

Great campsite, loads of space, Carl was great, checking that everyone was ok and keeping everywhere clean and tidy.

Short walk into rhosneigr which is a lovely seaside village with a few shops and an amazing beach,

Very remote campsite which was lovely,

Just the jets and the train noise no other traffic noise or disturbance brilliant time

Will definitely come back again

The chap met us in our arrival, got me to my pitch. Whilst I was setting up (on my own) he offered help and advice. Was really helpful throughout our stay.

Site was extremely clean.

Totally off the beaten track although there is a train line right next to the site.

Good location to get out and see the island. Absolutely no issues and would stay again.

We stayed here for 13 nights. The owners are genuinely helpful - for example Carl was out one very windy day checking the tents were all secure; both Carl and Fiona where very friendly and welcoming plus they work hard keeping the area and toilets clean and tidy.

The site is very near the airbase and the railway but this didn't bother us as its not a constant noise, plus you might get to see some great formation flying and we got a wave off a pilot too!

There is no flying at weekends.

The site is in a good position to get around Anglesey (The A5, A55 and B5112 get you around quickly) and was quiet at night.

We will definitely be back here to the level pitches, clean facilities and great hosts.

I recommend this site, we didn't want to leave!

Loved our stay at Trewan sands. The site is off the beaten track so nice and private, Carl and Fiona are great hosts who are always available for any help and information.

They are attentive to their site and keep it clean and tidy at all times. RAF valley is beside the site so the daytime flights can be entertaining (if a bit noisy) but they do not fly at night so not really a problem.

A walk through the golf course takes you into town and the beaches but a short drive takes you to the main A55 and then all of Anglesey is easy to get to.

Would have given them a maximum score but for the lack of toilet facilities, there are often queues, with the toilets and shower in the same cubicle some people take forever to vacate them and it is a lot of work for the owners trying to keep them stocked with toilet paper. But I know that they are trying to sort some additional toilet facilities so hope this will be resolved soon.

The site is a good location next to raf Valley but the facilities needs updating and there is no hot water in toilets or to wash dishes.

The owners were very nice and helpful.

Off the beaten track, simple caravan/campsite next to RAF airfield so some occasional loud planes during the day time.

Short walk to village and beach with water sports hire.

Very nice stay in a lovely part of Anglesey.

Great campsite, nice friendly owners. Pricing was good, location suited us too. Clean everywhere.

Trewan Sands is ideal for access to anywhere on the island, lots to do and see.

Brilliant campsite run by very friendly and helpful people!

Clean facilities with warm showers.

Carl kept tightening everyone’s storm straps if they was out and it was needed, so that’s reassuring if ever you are out and the weather is bad.

The road coming into the campsite is a bit of a nightmare especially if you bump into people on the way, it’s very narrow and not many passing points but very rarely you bump into people.

Rhosneigr is in walking distance, 15 minutes max if you walk the right way, through the golf course.

There is a train track right next to the site but it never bothered us through the night.

Nothing to fault here, would definitely come again.

 We absolutely loved staying here

The caravan was lovely, plenty of room, very comfortable, with a little welcome pack some nice Welsh cakes, tea coffee and even milk in the fridge,

Karl and his wife were very attentive always on hand to help nothing too much trouble,

A lovely quiet place a hidden gem I would say,

We will definitely be coming back

Thank-you
