Lovely site with nice clean toilet and shower facilities, very friendly flexible owners, highly recommended.
We used the rally field with no hookup so can 'tcomment on pitches although they all looked a good size, nice and level and well spaced

Lovely little site, well maintained and friendly. Given the time that we booked it was difficult to find a site anywhere we took a smaller grass pitch.
There was ample room for us, a porch awning and the car. Easy site to get to and to get in and out of.
Banbury supermarkets etc. only a couple of miles away. Next time we visit the area we will try there first.

Nicely laid out, big roomy pitches. Laid back relaxing break.
New toilet shower block but unfortunately not able to use due to Covid restrictions.
Big plans in the offing with new facilities being built, new cafe and Airbnb for the non campers in the family.
Great views from the site. Nice little pub in a beautiful village.
Ideal site for a quiet break with plenty walks through lovely countryside.

Basic farm site in field. Nice location. Friendly efficient owners. Lovely village. Limited facilities but clean and warm. Great value.
Good location for visits and walks.
Local pub serves food and nicely refurbished but the landlady was unfriendly.

Friendly hosts Maxine and Fergus accommodating and helpful. Fully serviced pitches in quiet location. Flat field and easy walking distance to the Rose & Crown pub which served excellent food.
The farm has fruit trees in abundance which campers could help themselves to and make a donation to charity.
Highly recommended

Great site. Owners are really helpful and welcoming. Love the relaxed atmosphere and able to camp on the grass.
The village of Ratley is an amazingly picturesque place, we went on many walks and visited the Rollright Stones.

Friendly host. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.
Didn't fancy the walk into Evesham with the roads though.
Lots of lovely places to visit in the local area.

Fantastic site and plenty of room between caravans. Maxine was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Sheep and cattle walking at the back of our caravan was a lovely bonus.
A short walk to the local pub and fabulous food served.
Would definitely recommend you visit this site.

We found this a very handy site for exploring local towns. The site is spacious, offering plenty of room on your pitch, and is level and sunny. Though shade is available down one side. (who wants shade in the UK!)
They have just installed a number of new power points, incorporating taps, so these are also very handy, as you don't have to travel far for water. There is a new CDP/waste point been installed behind what is a new shower block (once it is built). I think we were told this would be ready by August, but it looks a long way off completed at present! Currently, you are on your own facilities for loo and showering.
Maxine - one of the owners, is very upbeat and amenable, and will offer help and direction with anything your require. They have not owned the farm long, and are still busy implementing large changes. There are various walks, including one down to the village pub. Where al-fresco 'social-distanced' meals are presently served. While the food is very good, I do not think they have got a good enough grasp of service now it is outside the building. Aspects being average at best. But, they are obviously feeling their way through the job, as everyone has to.
The site and area are well worth a stay. We will be going back, for sure. I have given 'facilities' an 8, which is what it will be once the showerblock is up and running.
