 Attractive pitch price for any size tent, but disappointing stay. Tents are pitched without power points and in the furthest field (best sites are reserved for touring caravans) so facilities are further away than for others. Tent pitches accessed along a track that becomes very waterlogged and muddy whenever it rained (take your wellies).
Laundry room on site was closed during stay due to vandalism and found it difficult to find another one locally. Toilet and washing facilities (two toilets, two showers, two sinks in gents) were less than adequate considering the amount of pitches to cater for and were made the poorer because of utter disrespect from some users - despite the cleaner going above and beyond the call of duty(!) in trying to keep them hygienic.
On-site swimming pool costs extra and is unheated. Discovered that the tent pitches were in the flight line of fruit and other trees which attracted lots of wasps. When wife was stung she couldn't get any help from staff because they "were closed"! Children's play park needs much attention and is surrounded by bins (and wasps). Wouldn't recommend this site, although people in next tent to ours said they stayed there every year.

The childrens play area had broken glass and dog faeces everywhere.
Pitch good apart from the early morning car boot ten yards away [started at before 6am!]
Showers good [only two], toilets [mens] had mess on the cubicle walls [dont ask what it was!].
Can't see us ever returning which is a same as it could be such a nice site.
