May 2005 None of the pitches were on a flat level and this caused problems when arranging sleeping arrangements - was it head or feet first? In the main camping field there were only two ladies showers in the block which it has to be said were fantastic - however the cleanliness of the toilet block left a lot to be desired. Good space for children to play. The shop had a captive audience but little choice and was expensive.

May 2005 Just spent the better part of a bank holiday weekend here. Site well maintained and toilets/showers perfectly adequate and clean. Only gripe would be the number of dogs allowed to roam around and the staff trying to add a few pounds on to prices here and there. The restaurant tried to charge us an extra £2 on our food despite the prices clearly being displayed on the menu and looking at the price list on here we've just found out we were charged an extra £2 a night. Didn't manage to get to the swimming pool so can't comment on that. Food in the on-site pub wasn't too bad if you like chips with everything!
