Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Shower/ toilet blocks were clean and tidy with social distance guidelines. Area for washing pots and pans etc is also clean.
Pitch was nice and level for us. Rachel the site warden was very friendly and helpful. She couldn't do enough for us. Will happily return to this site again due to the service received.
Nice walk along the canal near to site and Idle Valley Nature reserve was a pleasant place to visit. Good for kids and walking dogs. Pubs are approx 20 minutes walk from caravan site.
Thank you Rachel for making our visit a pleasant one.

Only stayed one night en route to family but so wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be returning to explore the site more and the local town.
Felt very secure with the barrier entrance, a lovely peaceful site just what we needed to recharge our batteries for the rest of our journey.
The washroom facilities were spotless, and the outside washing up area is genius.
Planning our next visit for the warmer weather.

I found this site on ukcampsite looking for an adult only site for me and the hubby,
The wardens welcome was friendly and warm nothing was too much to trouble for him,
The shower/toilet was spotless lovely hot water and nice and warm,
A couple of pubs in walking distance, and was spoilt by some gorgeous sunsets over the countryside,
Well worth a visit

I was really surprised what a gem of a site,
The site is kept immaculate
The shower block is spotless no matter what time of day or night,

Stayed here with my wife at the weekend,
Was a little worried about about all the amazing reviews this place has, but it didn’t disappoint,
The shower block is the best I’ve ever been in and the radio on is a nice touch,
Quiet and peaceful just what we needed,
The warden is great guy helpful and easy going,
Good pitches plenty of room,
Will definitely be coming back again

We really enjoyed our stay here and would have loved to stayed longer if we had the time.
The pitch area for the tents is really nice and secluded and the toilet/shower facilities are right next door.
The facilities were really clean and the whole campsite was tidy.
The man who worked here was very helpful giving us directions for dog walks and to the nearest pubs which were both very nice.

We stayed at Olive Tree park in Retford for 2 nights, the site is lovely and close to shops and pubs in Retford ( 5 mins drive ) you can get take away delivered here also.
The site is kept immaculate and the showers and toilets are spotless, the guy who works there is lovely and works very hard and will help you with anything.
Our pitch was very big and quiet, we will definitely be going back.
Thanks for our lovely stay Rick and Paul x

Our first visit to this site but it certainly wont be our last. Lee the warden is a wonderful guy who was very helpful and evident that he loves his job.
We've been caravaners for 30+ years and this guy is by far one of the best on site wardens that we have come across, gives clear instructions of the on site rules in a positive way, not the usual dictator bark that we seem to get these days.
The toilets were always spotlessly clean and despite the site being full we didn't have to wait once. The pitches at the top end of the site are very flat and level but to the bottom quite a slope, but we did know this before booking and we managed to set without difficulty.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lovely canal walk close by with pubs on route, this leads to the delightful little town of Retford, we were pleasantly surprised, Kings Park a must.
A 10 min walk to the pub, turning left outside the site, very friendly locals and a lovely friendly site. TV Good reception and I guess for us there is a lot to see and visit all within a distance of a few miles.
Nice walking areas and great for dogs. We will be using this site again without a doubt. £20 (electric on usage) a night is very good value.

We have visited this site quite often and once again it was fantastic. The site is well kept and impeccably clean. It is very secure and I always feel safe there.
The shower block and toilets are a good size with plenty of hot water. A lovely touch is the music that is playing in the shower block.
It is well situated for a walk along the canal into Retford or to a few of the local pubs.
It’s on a bus route if you don’t fancy the walk back.
There is an information hut with a book/DVD magazine exchange.
