 Very good site. Used it for a bank holiday weekend and visiting our son who is at Leeds Uni. Adults only. Peaceful and a brilliant new toilet and shower block which we used lots. Transport needed. We didn't use local pubs due to our using the centre of Leeds for our meeting place and used it for some well earned chill out time which was perfect. We hope to visit again in July. Thoroughly recommend this site. Thank you Moor Lodge.

Excellant park extremely clean and quiet. Great thing about this place is you leave at the same time you arrive, we didnt get there until 7.30pm on the saturday which meant we didnt have to leave on the monday until 7.30pm. Down sides no plug points in the ladies shower blocks and take a torch as the walkway to the showers isnt lit, although the owners did say I could use the laundry room to plug in my hairdryer if no one was using it, no mirrors though.
We were camping in the paddock the shower block wasnt that far but tricky in the dark. Transport is required if you stay here as the nearest shop is a good 40 mins walk uphill, not for the faint hearted. The nearest pub is The Bingley Arms about a 10 min walk,friendly pub with gardens and plenty of dining space, they generally serve food upto 9pm, the sunday roast is a must. The Bracken Fox is another local pub/restaurant but you would need a car to get there. The food here is fantastic and quick and friendly staff with very large portions. This pub also has a non smoking area instead of a smoking area.
This campsite is great for passing through but if you stay for a week or so transport or a good pair of legs is essential
