We took the afternoon ferry from Poole and so did not arrive at the campsite until around 9pm. Even so we were met by the owner and shown to a choice of pitches. The facilities at the campsite are immaculate and no matter what time we paid a vist to the bathrooms (which can be pretty often with 4 young children) they were always clean and there was always hot water too (not bad considering how many people were camping there). The campsite do breakfasts and evening meals both of which were excellent value, and very tasty (all the evening meals come with Jersey Royal potatoes produced from their own fields). The play area was well set out and close enough to our chosen pitch that the children had free run to go between both.
The shop although small stocked all the necessities and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that children can wander off the site very easily. Definitely somewhere to return to another year.

this is the 4th time we have been to this site , we are very impressed each year we go very smart and well looked after by the staff. food very good.

We really enjoyed our week staying at Beauvelande camp. The tent was good, the restaurant served lovely food at very reasonable prices and the other on site amenities were of a really good standard. We will certainly be returning in the future.
