Lovely quiet campsite - very basic has toilets shower and washing up area which is exactly what we wanted - two separate areas one for tourers and and a huge field for the tents - hook ups are available if required.
The owners are very friendly and available when required. Main shopping area approx 10 mins away in Halifax - Sainsburys and Tesco for food shopping - Must recommend a visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park costs involved £5 for the parking but it will be the best £5 every spent this place is awesome and other local attractions include Shibden Hall again great value for money.
We highly recommend this campsite and we will most definitely return as this area has so much yet to offer that we did not have time to visit
I have rated child friendliness as 5/10 as no playground facilities but this did not stop my child having the time of his life playing in the field with an assortment of ball games. A lack of playground was definitely not an issue

Received a warm welcome, although there could be better signage for a reception as we had to ring the site when we arrived to ask someone to meet us.
Very clean quite site with good security using a swipe card entrance and exit system.
The shower/toilet unit is basic but clean with soft toilet paper.
Lovely views of surrounding countryside with a canal nearby along with a few pubs. A couple of supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away.
Would recommend and definitely be going again.

Clean, quiet site. We have been here twice now, and noticed improvements from last time.
The path to showers/loos has been tarmacked, and lights installed, so although it's still a trek to get there, it's much safer underfoot.
Security is good, with card swipe entry, and the owner/ warden is very helpful. On arrival, you are shown to your pitch, and everything explained.
The views from this site are spectacular, with woods, fields, and a dozen or so happily grazing cattle just over the fence.
No playground, but the few kids around seemed happy running about on the grass.
We will be regular visitors all summer, as it is not too far from home, and very reasonable prices.

A lovely site, quiet and peaceful with great views. A big plus for us was the no pets rule, so no dog dirt! There was plenty of room for the kids to play games without disturbing anyone. A proper play area in the fenced off part of the tent field would be a big bonus to the site and we feel would encourage others to book.
The warden is very friendly and helpful, he suggested a couple of walks we could do by the canal, named some shops nearby etc.
Toilets are basic but kept clean with soft toilet paper.
We will definitely return and would recommend this site.

Monday 30th May I have just arrived home from a 3 night stay at Elland Hall Farm, I must say what a great weekend we had, the warden was so helpful as we got lost trying to find the site and he guided us in and was there to welcome us and show us where everything was. Small very friendly place to stay with wonderful views. Toilet and showers were adequate and clean water very hot. We had a family function in Drighlington to go to on the Saturday and the warden told us how to get there - many thanks and we look forward to seeing you again the Smith family.

Stayed here over the bank holiday, we arrived very early in the morning and because there was no signs was a bit confused as to where to go. We did eventually find a small notice board by the garage that gave us numbers to phone for the warden, we didn't wait long for him to appear and he was very helpful and friendly.
The campsite is small but there's space for children to play. Although from the camping field you can see houses and peoples garden which I didn't like. The toilets were basic but ok, could have been a bit cleaner.
There's not much in elland but I would recommend a drive to Hebden bridge, its lovely. Its a 10 min drive to supermarkets. Over all its good value for money.

We have just spent 3 nights on this site. The warden Paul met us on arrival and escorted us to the pitch. He was very friendly and was available if needed. The site is quite small and surrounded by fields. The toilet and shower block is very basic but adequate. Elland village is close by but not sure how long it would take to actually walk. We ate 1 night at 'The Casa Hotel'. About a 5 minute drive. It is quite a modern pub/hotel on the edge of a lake.

We have just returned from three nights at this lovely little campsite and I rate it at 10/10!
It is very handy for the motorway yet feels like you are in the middle of the countryside - with cows in the field next door! Being fairly high up means there are good views of the local area.
Very clean and tidy site with friendly owners. It is a basic site but does exactly what it says on the tin!
Good hot showers and washing up area.
There is no children's playground which we thought might pose a problem but the boys had great fun running around in the open grassy area and making their own fun like we did when we were young!
There are plenty of attractions close - some requiring a short drive but others within walking distance.
We will most definitely be visiting this campsite again, hopefully for longer next time.A shame we've discovered it so close to the end of the camping season this year but we will be back

We have just arrived home from a three night stay at Elland Farm. We have a big tent and the pitch was a bit small. It was very quiet and the owner was very friendly. It was a bit of a trek to the toilet/shower portable cabins, you will need a torch to go in the dark, but they are clean and adequate, the shower is electric so there is not a problem with the hot water. There is also a sink with an electric water heater for washing up. We would recommend this site if asked.

What a surprise! This site is set in a wonderful pocket of country but within easy reach of Bradford, Wakefield, etc.
Only 10 pitches and the site tapers to quite a narrow point at the top of an escarpment with amazing views.
Facilities are fairly basic, using Portakabins for showers toilets, etc.
The site Manger can't do enough for you though and the pitches are fairly level.
Next door to a Residential Caravan park (about 25 units?) that is very peaceful.
