From the moment you arrive at this site the owners Rida & Jurian are very friendly.
You can choose your own pitch and all pitches are modest and some shady and some partly covered.
The public areas are clean and tidy and cleaned on a regular basis.
The site is based on a traditional farm house area with attractive flowers and it also has a very nice restaurant with an energetic chef with traditional French fare. There is also a bar available with draft French beer and a selection of fine French local wines.
Chalets are available on site and are kept very clean.
This site is ideal for exploring the local area's and with this in mind Sarzeau is the local town and has a market once a week and you can walk in 20 minutes.
The very attractive town of Arzon is about a 15 minute drive with plenty of exciting areas to be discovered.
The main emphasis of this site is peace and quiet however there is plenty for young children to do with a modest play area with 3 swimming pools one is covered.
I feel that the owners have put a lot of hard work into making this site an attractive family holiday well worth a fond memory or two.

We have just returned from this site, having visited 3 times in 4 years. The site changed ownership in 2006 and Rida & Jurrian have maintained the friendly relaxed atmosphere.
The pitches are good to average in size but Rida & Jurrian allocate the pitch according to the size of your outfit/tent. There are shaded & non shaded pitches available.
The site has 4 large toilet blocks which are clean and spacious, there are ample facilities for dish washing and general laundry with 2 toilet blocks having washing machines and dryers. The children have 3 playgrounds and 3 trampolines, set away from the caravans, to play on. The site has organised children's activities every morning and horse riding can be arranged. The site has a restaurant and small bar area overlooking the 3 pools, one of which is covered, plus water slides.
The shop carries a limited range of goods but the supermarkets are only a short trip away.
The nearest small town of Sarzeau is within walking or cycling distance and has plenty of shops and bars. The Golfe de Morbihan offers plenty of activities on and off the water, whilst the local beaches are of good quality and within easy distance of the site. We will be back next year as even after 3 visits we have not seen every thing the area has to offer.

The site is well laid out with a spacious air. There are a few mobile homes for rent. Pitches are grassy with only a few slightly sloping. Plenty of hook-ups. French, Dutch and English campers in roughly equal numbers.
Pools with flume/bar/restaurant/small shop and other facilities as per the owners website; all clean and well cared for. Staff are English-speaking and were invariably both friendly and helpful. Daily activities organised for children and in the evenings.
Local village has usual shops with a small supermarket, good market and tourist office. Cycles useful for good network of routes to beach (3km)and other villages.
For a unit plus 2 in high season the cost is around 32 Euro per night after the usual hefty one-off booking fee of 15 Euro. Recommended.

We have visited this site for the past 5 years and absolutely love coming here. The children want to return every year as they enjoy it so much. It is lovely and quiet with plenty to see and do in the area.
You can pick up the cycle path right outside the site entrance or even walk into Sarzeau (about 1.5 miles away). The market in Sarzeau is wonderful to just walk around (you need to get there early in the morning)and see all the different stalls.
We will be retruning again this year - 2008 - for the first time since the new owners took it over. I understand changes have been made for the better, and we cannot wait to get there.

We as usual visited the site this year on the C&CC Rally The new owner who is very pleasant and welcoming has made several changes for the better including more play facilities for children that include re-siting of older units so that now the trampoline is no longer next to the telephone boxes and slides etc in the swimming pool!. There are a lot more cabins and these are very reasonably priced off peak. They are in an area away from the touring pitches. Some of the more open pitches have been planted with small hedges to mark out a defined area The new owner has opened the bar/restaurant earlier in the season and he bakes his own bread and homemade take away pizzas, chips etc are available . In May/June when we were there lots of activity was to be seen updating toilet blocks etc and we look forward to seeing the site next year to see how much has been done

June 2004 This is our favourite site of all. We go there every year on a Rally. The site is quiet with a well kept swimming pool and children's play area with trampoline. The staff are charming and the site is managed by Boris and Ann (her parents own it) and they can not do enough to help make your stay enjoyable. Any problems they are quick to help with such things as medical care or car / caravan breakdowns etc. There are several small towns nearby and each has a market on different days of the week. You are never far from the sea but Vannes is not far with car dealerships and hypermarche.
