The site had all types of farm animals (pot bellied pigs, chickens, etc.)and a play area which was lovely for the children . It also had a club house which stayed open till 11'ish with pool tables and arcade games.
The staff were all really friendly, and they even had a thai take-away van on site(which did really good bacon sarnies).
However, being a camper, we were very disappointed with the toilet and shower facilities. There were only 3 (rather horrid) women's showers for a large site and these were cold. Apparently the hot water ran out early, so my friend thought she'd get there early 1 morning, but even at 7am they were still cold! And as for the toilets, the flush only worked 1 time in 3!
They really need a whole new shower / toilet / washing-up block, because other than that it was a great place to stay. But who can go for 3 days without a HOT shower and the toilet!
