My husband and I stopped at Denn Farm campsite for a week in June 2013. The site is excellent - clean - tidy. The owner was very accommodating. Very peaceful site, no children. Very reasonable rates for the week. We will go back again. The grounds were kept impeccable, nice mown grass. The toilet and shower facilities were very good - hot water, and clean. There are static caravans on the site, away from the touring field.

This is a really excellent site. Pleasant owners, beautiful camping field surrounded by mature hedges giving shelter from the wind, full of wild roses and birds, and then the glorious view out across to the Clee Hills. The photos don't do it justice.
The facilities are good and clean, no extra charge for showers. Also the fees were low - £14 per night including EHU is not bad.
The site also has a large section for statics but these are behind trees and hedges and there wasn't a problem when we were there from traffic coming down the shared access for both parts of the site.
We found there are people who are regular visitors to the site, and everyone we spoke to was friendly. This was true of the area, in the towns and around, people smile and talk to you. It's a good area to visit, whether you are active or not. In Bridgnorth, give Bec's cafe a try if you can.

Visited Denn park as a stopover for a longer trip up to the Highlands.
We stayed for two nights and although this was not our first choice of site we were glad the other site was fully booked.
As an adult only site we were hoping for a quiet couple of days and Denn park did not disappoint us.
On arrival we were greeted by the owner and given the code for the barrier and told to pick any pitch, there were only three caravans there when we arrived. The site is on a gentle slope, but nothing that levelling chocks can not deal with. Toilets were spotlessly clean at all times. The gents side houses 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 sinks and a couple of urinals. The showers were outstanding with ample hot water and excellent pressure.
Also on the site is a pond for fishing (still £3) and a dog walking area. There are a number of static vans on site but they can hardly be seen from the field and the owners are forbidden to use the toilets and showers.
There is no shop on site so bring everything you need with you, bricks are provided for BBQs and there is a drinking water tap on the field as well as in the toilet block. There is also a chemical disposal point.
Excellent base for visiting Bridgenorth and Ironbridge.

Spent a night there at the weekend, great site toilet and shower facilities were excellent.
Site very clean and very picturesque over looking the Shropshire hills. There is a fishing lake on site to which you need a permit to use. About 5 minutes drive to Highley where there are shops and take aways, or 5 minutes to Bridgnorth where there are local attractions like the Severn valley railway.
We will return maybe for the bank holiday

We have just returned from a lovely week at Denn Farm. We found the site lovely and quiet, facilities were fab, showers were more powerful than our jet wash! We had a secluded pitch which was nice, the pond fished well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 thing we would mention which wasn't a problem for us but is for some, no guests are permitted on the site at all, we spoke to a couple of other couples who were a bit besmused about this.
This is a working farm and as the weather was good there was a lot going on.
We did require fly spray for the toilet block and wash up area, we know it is in the countryside but being bitten by midges is not a favourite habit.
Although the wildlife was a plenty, baby frogs on the awning, a snake swimming in the pond and butterflies.
We would recommend this site as the surrounding area is well worth a visit, Bridgnorth is lovely, Bewdley and the Severn Valley railway are well worth a visit, the Indian takeaway in Highly is good.

Just come back from our second visit to Denn farm and although the weather was extremely wet and the pitch a tad 'muddy' (that wet even a slug decided to come inside!). We still enjoyed our stay at this lovely little site.
Our only suggestion would perhaps be a small fridge/freezer in the washing up room to freeze ice blocks as most sites provide this service for those in tents. Although we had no need for them on this occasion we hope to visit again in the 'summer' and would find this service very useful.

This is one of our favourite sites & we have visited several times. The views are fabulous & the facilities are kept immaculate.
There is plenty to do in the area, the Severn Valley Railway is close by, as is the Rivern Severn for walks & Bridgenorth is a lovely market town to browse around.
We will continue to revisit this site again & again as it is not to far for us to travel for the weekend.
Our only criticism was when we last visited during the Mayday weekend it was a very wet and the ground was a bit boggy.

What a lovely peaceful site.
Denn Farm is a working farm as demonstrated when the sheep were herded through the field for shearing. That was lovely to see.
The views across the hillside are excellent.
The toilet / shower block are the best we have been to yet. Thoroughly clean and reserved for tourers as there were also statics on the site.
The walk around the pool was lovely and a tree with a mouth like opening held an owl and two fairies!. This was typical of the attention to detail the owners have built into the site.
My husband fished the small but well stocked pool, bagging 11 fish in less than 4 hours. At £3 a ticket it's the cheapest pool he's ever fished.

This site is small with a number of static caravans on a separate field. The facilities are basic but clean. The field was extremely water logged when we visited; the owner had to tow caravans onto the field if not being towed by a 4x4 vehicle. Even given that it is still a pleasant site to stay.
It is close to Bridgnorth with it's steam trains and venicular railway. Bewdley is also about 25 minutes drive away. This is a pretty town on the river.
A big plus is the local pub 'The Bulls Head'. This is easily walkable but if you book a meal the owner of the pub provides a free taxi service to and from the pub! The food is superb and so is the beer. The owners are really friendly.

A rural, farm site in picturesque location with some nice walks around the fishing lakes.
Even though a working farm site the toilets were clean and showers modern and at a decent price of £14/night for two with ehu.
We walked to the Bulls Head, Chelmarsh along the bridle path by turning left on the site approach road and continuing to the housing estate then right,
The pub is in front of you and takes about 15 mins. But as previous post commented the food portions are on the small side here and takes some time to do so best to try a few of their locally sourced real ales whilst waiting of which there are four of them.
The other nearer pub Kings Arms is shut and boarded up. There is an hourly bus service to Bridgnorth opposite this closed pub.
