I had 4 nights at this site and found its facilities spotless and well maintained. Spectacular views of the Clee hills and so quiet. Take your fishing stuff as the lake is well stocked with Carp and looked easy to catch! £3.00 It is easy to miss the turning for this site as it is on a bend by a Pub (which was closed) 2 miles from shops/takeaway's etc. In Highley. 5 miles from Bridgnorth. Plenty to see and do within 10 miles I recommend Ironbridge especially Bliss Hills (not a museum but a working Victorian town) The area was still recovering from the heavy rain which had washed away the severn valley railway so some of pathways i planned to walk were impassable (by the river and railway not by the campsite) We had heavy rain again which had the lake bursting its banks, washed away the road to Hampton Loade and made the journey home eventful lots of roads impassable and a night on the M5. But I would return to Denn farm just a shame about the railway.

Just spent a weekend here and loved the site. The site itself is quiet and well kept and the views are spectacular. The facilities were well cared for and cleaned regularly. There are only two showers in each block but this is not a problem if you arrange your shower outside of the busy times. There are washing up facilities which are in a separate room with plenty of room at each sink. The fishing lake could use a little bank clearing but was well stocked and we had a wonderful evening's fishing for £3 each and enjoyed some good sport. Situated between Bewdley and Bridgnorth, there is plenty to see and lots of good walks in the area. All in all, we thought this was an excellent site and extremely good value for those wanting a quiet site. We shall definitely return.

Contrary to other reviewers, I found both the farmer and his wife totally affable. Maybe just a little shy. Site was excellent, facilities spot on and immaculate, plenty of space. To those who have been a little hard on the family. Maybe they should remember this is a working farm, and busy farmers do not have hours to spend idly chatting, where do you think the saying "make hay whilst the sun shines" originates from? I will definitely be revisiting

Just got back from a long weekend on the bank holiday, planned to stay for three nights but ended staying an extra night. The site is really good value for money being £10 a night for two people with electric, the camping field is slightly sloping but the pitches are quite generous in size, the facilities are adequate and the views from the site are excellent, the fishing lake looked in good nick and people were catching decent fish. The staff at the site were fine, perhaps a direction sign on the main road would be helpful. Handily located for the bright lights of Bridgenorth and secluded enough if you just want to chill. All in all a great stay.

We stopped for a night at Denn farm. We thought it was priced expensive as we have a 2 year old and she charged us all £4 p/p . There were lovely surroundings nice and quiet there . The local pub down the road the kings arms was very expensive and the meals were not up to much priced at £9.95 for steak and chips and they said large portions but they were small.

This campsite is in excellent location for enjoying the views over south Shropshire towards the Clee Hills. It is conveniently close to tourist attractions such as the spectacular Severn Valley Railway, Rays Farm and the notable market town of Bridgnorth. A great area for walking in locations such as the valley or Wyre Forest. You can also canoe down the Severn from Bridgnorth. The campsite is well presented and well priced expensive. In 2006 this calculated at £4pp in a tent. The showers were clean and located within the toilet block. On a busy weekend they can be problematic due to the limited number of shower units, sinks and toilets. Expect to queue. Whilst the owners make every effort to look after the site, they could do with some training on how to communicate with customers in a friendly manner but I would let that deter you.

I was in two minds whether to write this because I want the Tipi to be a well kept secret, but anyway, I just spent a great couple of days with five buddies in the Tipi at Denn Farm.
Great fun for 30-something kids like us. The best part is having your own camp fire, a rarity these days. It's in a very private area, no onlookers, no noise from others and short walk to the toilet block. If things get wet there's always the lodge; a small shelter behind the tipi where you can cook on gas with pans and cutlery provided. Just take clothes and sleeping bags and you're basically covered!
My only advice is that the Tipi sleeps 6 but has three double airbeds so it's best for couples or broad minded friends. Also there's an electrical socket in the tipi for a radio etc.
Bridgenorth is only five miles away so pop in there and stock up on food first. The Kings Arms is about a third of a mile away and served us great food. It was a little slow arriving but they'd only opened the night before so that's understandable.
Enjoy, we did!

Absolutely gorgeous campsite. Very relaxing and quiet at night. Beautiful views of hills and fields. Bridgnorth is near enough if you need supplies, plus there are lots of farm shops around for yummy goodies. Hot, clean and free showers, washing up area and nice flat grassy pitches. Will definitely be going back!

Sold our caravan and bought a tent so this was our 1st time in a tent! This site was lovely in a lovely countryside setting, a lovely lake for fishing not that we did any! The weekend we were there was very busy,
Lots of things to see and do, everybody we met was friendly. We loved our stay here as it wasn't rigid rules like some parks, you could have fun
We are going back every few weeks as we loved this site so much! Plenty of pubs locally, shops not too far, the farmer who met us at the gate was very polite and nice to talk to.

Just returned from what was a very wet and muddy bank holiday weekend, Although that didn't stop us or dampen our mood, Stayed for 3 nights at Denn farm, lovely location and extremely pretty farmhouse on the approach And only a quick drive to Bridgnorth. Campsite was boggy due to the rain. We were disappointed to find what looked like either very large beatles in the toilet block, showers were cold if you went after 11am in the morning, and there was no way of switching the lights on in the toilet block in the morning, so seemed very dark in there! Apart from that there was a nice fishing pond, Tipi's amused us! Most pitches had electric hook up (although that is charged for extra). Very reasonable pitch prices £37 for 3 nights for 3 adults and 3 dogs!
