Discovered this wonderful site in July when I stayed in my camper and my mother stayed in hers. Loved it so much returned in August with my husband for four nights. On my first visit the owners had thoughtfully made sure we had adjoining pitches kept for us to be together. The owners are lovely people doing absolutely everything they can to make sure you have a great stay.
The landscaping on the site is beautiful and grass manicured. Pitches all have taps and waste water drains along with hook ups and tv points. Everything is thought of even the provision of large door mats to prevent traipsing gravel into your vehicle. The only minus point is the poor wifi but this is not really a problem as you are on holiday anyway.
The wash block is warm and spotless with excellent showers. Also excellent laundry facilities and spotless area for waste disposal, recycling etc.
It is a short walk into the town which has everything you might need including excellent choice of butchers for Welsh lamb! Lots of places are close by so location is excellent. It is well away from the main road and very quiet.
Speaking to other guests most are regular visitors. I can see why. It is such a friendly place to stay. I will be returning as soon as I can.

Surely the best site in Wales. Beautifully kept site. The owners are extremely helpful and pleasant. Separate Adult only area. Spacious pitches. Toilet/Shower block excellent. Even a dog shower. Washing up area too. Very secure, barrier system.
Llanrwst is within easy walking distance, 5 minutes, and has everything you need; Supermarket, pubs, shops, restaurants.
Lovely mountain views from site.
We drove to Betys-y-coed and Llandudno.
Will definitely return and highly recommend this site, although reluctantly as I would rather keep this site as our secret

This superb site cannot be faulted. Friendly and helpful owners/staff. Spacious pitches all fully serviced.
Stayed at Parc Derwen the Adult Only section of the site. All facilities are excellent.
Perfect quiet location with local walks around Llanwrst and ideal for visiting East Snowdonia/ Conwy / Bodnant NT gardens. We shall be back.

We have just returned from this lovely site. We had to postpone our visit for a couple of days due to car trouble, on arrival we met the lovely lady, Mrs Edwards, who runs the site she showed us where to pitch, we had the choice of all the vacant ones, and gave us the code for the barrier. We were on the adult only area. The facilities were warm and spotlessly clean comprising 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 wash basins in the ladies. There was a hairdryer to use for 20p but I don't know how long that was for. Behind the toilets was a laundry area which again was immaculate. While were there we had car trouble again and Mrs Edwards rang a local garage to who came out to us and fixed it, she was very helpful. The site is about 15 minutes walk from Llanrwst. There you can find a Co-op, a Spar, several pubs and the tea rooms just over the bridge. We had a meal at the Eagles Hotel which was very nice and the customer service was also very good. We also had a meal at the Stables bar in Betws y Coed, which is about 4 miles down the road, which again was very good. Being on the edge of Snowdonia National Park there are lots of different places to visit. We walked round Llyn Cafnant accessed by the village across the river (Trefwi). We also went to Llanberis and got the train up to the top of Mt Snowdon, and went Llandudno and got the cablecar to the summit of Gt Orme. There are lots of other attractions close by. All in all a beautiful site with a lovely lady running it. We would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent site. Staff really friendly and polite. Well kept site clean and tidy. Good recycling facilities. Exceptionally clean toilet and shower facilities. Very close to Market Town with plenty of shops and eateries. Good value for money. Would not hesitate to book again if we were in the area. Quiet at night would highly recommend.

We decided to turn right off the M6, carried up the M53 and kept going visited some tourist sites and found this gem of a site in the back of a little village.
Warm welcome, immaculate, clean and a wonderful village to go for a wander in. We walked up and down the village and ended up back at the pub at the end of the road. Great meal, great people and great local beer, I was in heaven. We only stayed for one night as we were wanting to tour about, but for a quite stop for a day or a week, please go in.

Just back home after spending three nights at this splendid site. We stayed in the adults only section.
Arrived to a friendly welcome following an easy tow to the site. The pitches are large and so there is a feeling of spaciousness even though for the first night, the site was full. Pitches are also fully serviced, so no carrying waste and water. A large rubber outside mate is supplied in order to ensure all the small slate chippings are left outside and not brought into your unit.
It's an attractive setting and although close to local housing, it's a peaceful and tranquil place where the only sounds at night are the sheep bleating and then an early dawn chorus.
We were pleased to see that a strict dogs on leads and walked only on the dog walks policy was in operation.
The facilities are good and kept spotlessly clean. The toilet block was the cleanest I've ever used and well heated. No cobwebs, no grubby skirting, every thing and every where extremely clean.
Plenty of information is available for local places of interest and one nice touch was a full first aid kit in the ladies toilets. My only very small gripe is that the showers, although lovely and warm are set very high and that means for smaller people standing a fair distance away from the shower head in order to get fully wet!
Wifi signal is good. Can't say about TV as we don't take on away with us.
There is no shop on site but then you don't need one as there is a co-op and the obligatory Spar within 10 minutes walking distance. Llanrwst itself has a couple of restaurants and fish and chip shops plus a small number of other shops. Everything you may need can be found there. The site is perfectly located for reaching the inner reaches of Snowdonia including Snowdon itself and also for the coast and towns such as Conwy and Llandudno
The owners were very helpful when we encountered an electrical problem early on the Sunday evening.
A lovely place to stay and probably the best site we've ever visited. Can't wait to return.

We have stayed on each part of this site now in our motor home and can thoroughly recommend every bit of it. The hard standings are spacious and fully serviced. The washrooms are heated and super clean. Great walking directly from the site. Will definitely return. Great value and lovely friendly owners.

What a beautiful site! We have just spent five days here and were very impressed with everything about it.
Although there are only two of us we stayed in the family area and thought it the nicest of all the areas. We liked the multi serviced pitches and were glad of the slate roads as we had quite a bit of rain. There was a picnic table at each pitch and a large rubber mat to put in front of your awning or steps (something I've never seen on a site before)
This is a lovely area with plenty to do and we will certainly come to this site again

What a lovely site. We cant fault it at all, the owners were very friendly and helpful, we cant wait to go back again as soon as possible. The shower facilities are very clean and modern. The
Multi service pitches are of a decent size. We were even given a picnic table to use, which was very useful for eating our meals out on, as the weather was so warm. The site is very clean and tidy, with a lovely mixture of colour full flowers every where.
