Lovely peaceful site with clean facilities,
Anne was a lovely host always had time for a chat.
Enjoyed the fishing and walking in the area. Fish and chip van called at the site.
Look forward to returning in the future.

Pleasant quiet site with lovely views.
Toilet and shower block let it down though and need a total refurb. Ok if using own facilities.
Not much around site so be prepared to travel but Sutton on sea only 10 mins in car.
Fish and chip van came to site with the best Haddock n Chips I’ve tasted in a long time.

We had a great time.
Welcomed by the owner? The lady was lovely liked a bit of banter,
Beautiful site, quiet, we stayed in the paddock and was allowed to water the weeds with our waste water lol.
Our dog had the best time with the dog in the campervan next door.
Lots of wildlife. Be prepared for nature waking you up, better than someone else's kids lol.
Would visit again.
Didn't use the facilities

Chose this site because it was near our friends with homes on Trusthorpe nearby.
It was a lovely weekend with sunny days, but a little windy (it was March).
The fishing lake was being used, and this enhances the setting. Nice & quiet with all you need - showers, toilets, water & toilet disposal.
Anne was very welcoming, and even saw us leave early on Sunday and was kind enough to message us to ask if we had enjoyed our stay.
Handy for Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe and we would have no hesitation in recommending the site.

We have stayed at Willow Farm several times and absolutely love it. It is an adults only site so really peaceful enabling you to have a stress free break.
The site itself is immaculate and well maintained.
Anne the host is friendly and helpful and makes you feel really welcome.
As it states the showers are closed at the moment but the toilets remain open which wasn't a problem as we have our own facilities
We will most definitely be booking again.

A fab adult only site. Anne the owner was lovely and always had time for a chat.
The fishing lake kept the hubby happy and he caught a few!
If you’re looking for a quiet time to relax then you’ll love this site.
No showers open but not a problem if like us you use your own. Looking forward to returning next year.

This is a lovely clean peaceful well run site, we were met by the owner and shown to our pitch and where amenities situated,
Ideally situated for visits to Sutton on sea and Mablethorpe,
Toilets very clean, covid protocols in place (showers not in use) plenty of sanitiser around the site,
We don’t fish but lake looked lovely and fishermen happy,
Great value for money

Willow Tree Farm is located near the quaint seaside village of Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire. Three miles up the coast is the larger resort of Mablethorpe which is also old-school seaside town.
In a marketplace where some caravan site owners are offering ultra-sophisticated facilities such as private bathrooms and toilet cassette cleaning machines to add value (and premium pricing) to holiday-makers, Willow Tree Farm might seem to be a bit 'back to basic' but it's all the more appealing for that! Covid protection has been very well handled with showers being closed and lavatory facilities restricted - but available and well maintained.
This is a place for peace and quiet although if you like to watch television, the nearby transmitter provides more channels than we have at home, all with crystal-clear reception! Wifi provision would be helpful.
The owners are delightful and most helpful; we (or rather the NHS!) messed Anne around as we thought we had to postpone for a hospital operation which turned out to be deferred. Anne accepted the whole problem as 'one of those things' and accommodated us perfectly and gracefully.
It's on our list for a return visit
