Small friendly site for adults only. Husband loved the fishing.
Very basic facilities though, in need of refurbishment.
Can walk into Sutton on sea about 2 miles

This little site did not disappoint.
We stopped here recently for a couple of nights, and was one of the nicest sites we've been to.
Set on an old farm with a fishing lake, this site has everything you need if you like quiet time away from the busy sites.
The site staff were really helpful and friendly, and the facilities were ideal.
We highly recommend this site to anyone.

I liked that it was so peaceful and well kept with lovely surroundings.
Anne was very helpful with booking the call connect service from the site which we used as the buses are not regular and bus stop a long way off with no pavements to it.
The showers were very good even though there two together in each of the two shower rooms it wasn’t a problem as was no queuing even on a busy bank holiday weekend. Could do with extra toilets as only one ladies open which isn’t ideal but again managed okay.
Nice good sized gravel pitches and gravelled road leading up to them.
Good dog walk around adequate fishing lake.
Laundry room and books/ dvd’s to swap.
Plenty of drinking water taps on site and an elsan point.
Very enjoyable 3 nights stay. Value for money and would definitely recommend as handy for Sutton on sea and mablethorpe.

We were considering selling our MH as we are not using it so decided last minute to go out and see if we can fall back in love,
Well what a great site to find, quiet peaceful and relaxing.
The lovely owner Anne greeted us on arrival and was around if needed she’s nice to chat too.
We will definitely return

The site was quiet well kept,
The showers were far from our standard of cleanliness and very old an in need of up dating,
Due to this we will not be stopping there again.

Quiet site. Fishing available which kept the husband happy. Within walking distance of Sutton on Sea.
Shower facilities were basic but very clean and good pressure. Dogs allowed if kept on lead.
Only negative is a small area where they could be let off would be great. The walk along the farm track is longer than previous reviews stated.Over 2 miles and dogs weren't allowed on the beach in the centre. Obviously nothing to do with the site but useful to know.
Would definitely revisit.

We had an enjoyable few days at Willow Tree Farm, lovely and quiet at this time of year, there is a short walk into Sutton on Sea and if fit and able you can walk along the sea front into Maplethorpe.
The site is clean and tidy and there is plenty of space between units which all circle the small fishing lake.
The facilities are basic and could do with updating but kept clean not sure if there would be enough shower and toilet facilities when the site is full and busy.
Campsite owner is friendly should there be any problems

This was a lovely clean site, and as with most fishing sites it was very quiet too.
The facilities are OK at best and could do with a major up date, there are 2 x shower rooms and they have 2 showers in each, which is an unusual set up meaning you need to shower as a unit or you are taking up 2 showers at the same time.
There is a nice walk to Sutton on Sea via a farm track which avoids the busy roads.
Lots of lovely cycling being in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
