Just returned from a disappointing 7 night stay at this adult only park. On arrival the first thing you notice is the lack of a reception or any signs telling you where to go.
Once you have found the owner you are shown to your pitch and told exactly how you are to pitch ( unless you have been before and then you can please yourself how you pitch or so it would seem).
Toilet and showers are very much in need of a revamp. The gents toilet door is wedged open and cannot be closed and the showers are unbelievably small consisting of 2 shower cubicles in the same room with no area to stand and get undressed/dressed in any privacy.
The fishing lake does look lovely but would be even better if there were fish in it. We fished for 3 days and only caught small Perch and Roach as did several other anglers all of whom were disappointed especially after reading the owners description.
Sutton on Sea itself is a nice small seaside town and the walk along the promenade to Mablethorpe is well worth the effort we will however not be returning.

Great site, quite basic but very clean and very quiet. It seems their lake has some very big fish, but we aren't fishermen! Both Anne and residents are very helpful and friendly. That and the beautiful area round Sutton means we will go back again.

Beautiful kept site. Stayed there for six weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, Mrs Nash, who went the extra mile in caring for us. Having no car our son took us, she took me shopping, made sure we were sure okay. Amazing lady so caring. Every thing was so clean. Lovely views round the lake. Sunsets were beautiful. Would have loved to go back this year but due to illness was not possible

This is a great site if you want to get away from it all. We had a great Bank holiday weekend here the owner is very pleasant the site is well kept. Toilets could do with upgrading.
But all in all this is a great little site with benefits from being Adult only, so no screaming kids running round your pitch. Close to local towns and beaches.
Nearest town Sutton on sea has pubs, shops and beach, is 1. 1/4 miles away from site. We will be going here again.

I was booked for the Bank Holiday weekend Thurs - Wednesday. Although the site is very pleasant and the owner very helpful I was extremely disappointed with the shower & toilet facilities. The doors on the ladies toilets could not be locked, the doors in the showers, both the ladies and gents were swollen with water damage which made them difficult to open and close. The facilities for a large site were woefully inadequate and are in desperate need of upgrading and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Quite disappointed. Will not visit again.

Please note that on the same location as the Willow Tree Farm site, there is a Motor Caravanners Certified Location called The Paddock. It is open all year, and accepts members and non members in caravans and motorhomes. The Paddock is also adult only, has EHU, and access to the fishing lake, and toilet and shower facilities of the main site. Contact details are the same as for this site.
